Beta glucan is supposed to help feed and improve intestinal flora I can tell you that this allows me to buy a lower dose probiotic similar results Not sure if the added cost compensates but it is supposed to help

I ordered the 90 count after watching a TikTok video. They are supposed to be good for you. I don't like the taste of the powder nor the taste of the coating of the pill. It get stuck in my chest. I pour them in waster and drank them that way. I will order again.

These are 3,000 mg supplements that help my dry eyes. I only need 1 pill, vs. 3 of the smaller ones.

Love this probiotic

I’m annoyed by the fact that the label has “1000mg” and “90 capsules” in large type, but the fine print admits that the capsules are only 500mg (the 1000 mg is “per serving” of two capsules). What do I want? Either tell me in large type that I’m getting 90 500mg capsules, or that I’m getting 45 1000mg servings. Harumph.

It was 700 mg instead of 1000. I didn’t ask for a change.
