There was no information about oxygen concentrators, blood thinning supplements needed, how long or when to exercise, & etc. There's more information free online than what's in this book with a simple Google search.

Dr. Campbell Douglas has written another fantabulous book. I give it a 10 for being so beneficial to your health. It was through his newsletter I first learned about EWOT and recently wanted more detailed information, which I was sure this book would give, but I was wrong. For me, I found it totally worthless. There was no information about oxygen concentrators, blood thinning supplements needed, how long or when to exercise, & etc. There's more information free online than what's in this book with a simple Google search.

This is a great health concept for the book in a very promissing field but the book was too simple and did not go into the depth that I was looking for but for someone that does not know anything about this it is a good start.

A step in the right direction
The booklet is an good introduction to EWOT, but as such lacks depth and leaves some questions unanswered.

Not what expected.
Doesn't say much I didn't already learn from Dr. Robert Rowen! Very brief and not the detail I was hoping for. Very surprising and disappointing.

EWOT si, this book no
Although I was very jazzed from reading it, it is at least 22 years old and it is very short (49 pages with lots of white space and not so many words). I am not sure that it was worth what I paid because we have come a very long way since he wrote that book. We now have special masks (instead of cannulas that he talks about) that provide 95% pure oxygen. The cannulas provide much less, like 40% or less. We got oxygen reservoirs, so we don't have to pay an arm and a leg for a 10 LPM oxygen concentrator when a 5 LPM OC will work just fine. In fact, in his day, there weren't any oxygen concentrators. He only talks about tanks. Edit: I have changed my mind about this book. I love EWOT. I support EWOT. This book is an embarrassment to DIY health advocates everywhere. It costs too much. I give it one star.
