I have used this for buttock/pyriformis pain and have found it exceptionally helpful. I'm surprised if the negative reviews. I have several single balls of varying size and one other.item similarly fused but much softer. This is much more helpful than the softer one yet the reviews I am seeing are about the same for both. The only downside is the diameter is slightly small for rolling the lower extremity on the floor but it is easy to use on a chair.I have also use this to roll the femur above the knee joint. I bought a second one of these.

I thought these were two separate balls. I did not look closely enough. They are connected so it makes for awkward rolling under the feet. I'm not sure how you would use these exactly. They seem to be of heavy duty quality. I just can't figure out how to use it in a way that would provide relief on any muscle. It does not come with any suggestions either. Not what I was hoping for.

This is great just about everywhere I am sore. It has some sturdy heft to it, which I appreciate. I like that it is knobby and not sharp and spiky. I highly recommend tossing it in the freezer for a bit then rolling around on the floor like a maniac for a while. You will feel better.

Good device and usable - however a little too small. It make is hard to use on parts of your body - just because it is too small. Calves are hard but can be done...neck is near impossible...

Gives wife relief from neck pain between visits to chiropractor. Also provides relief after exercise visits to the wellness center. Easier to fall asleep and stay asleep.

I have frequent muscle spasms and always looking for gadgets to relieve them. There were no directions and could not really figure out how to use it. I ordered two as I thought they were different sizes. I will return them.
