The MacNean Restaurant Cookbook

There are some wonderful recipes in this book - am thoroughly enjoying it! Very good and interesting combinations. Did buy the spiral slicer to use in some of the recipes and was well worth it. This is not however a book for real beginner cooks but is worth learning some basic skills first so you can really enjoy the benefits of this great cook book!

THE BEST PREPARED COOKBOOK EVER

Recipes are definitely for highly skilled cooks. I cook and bake a lot but like to keep things simple . I think I ll stick to Ina Gartens recipes as I always seem to have the ingredients at hand. I ll keep the book for reference purposes but definitely for the more adventurous.
