Great expansion
Love the hades expansion. Adds more flavor to the game.

Can't imagine playing cyclades without this expansion!
When a company plans to make an expansion, it usually is just extra materials or opens it up for more players. This expansion adds nothing extra that's already in the game. What it does add is something that I can't believe was not in the game to start with: the god Hades! This changes the game drastically and adds more battle into the game. The heroes also add some more depth to the game. Overall this expansion is needed to take cyclades from good to awesome!

If you own Cyclades and get this you will not play without it as it doesn’t break the game but makes it way better

Recommended But Not Essential Purchase
Hades offers a set of 'modular' expansions to the near-great Cyclades Board game. The different 'modules' can be added or subtracted to the base game as the players wish. The quality of the different modules is very hit/miss IMO. None of them are essential (IMO), like the TITANS EXPANSION, but they do add some interesting mechanics to the game! At the same time, they will slow the game down and can add some extra fiddly elements to the base game that some players will not like. My two favorites are the addition of the god Hades with his UNDEAD ARMY! Who doesn't an army of undead in ancient Greece? And the minor gods with their additional powers/benefits.

Adds a bit of new content. Yes it is compatible with the Titans expansion.

Makes a great game greater
Love expansions like these were you can add the separate modules at your pace. The biding add alot of variance and hades adds so much more action, it makes the pacing way better. The other modules [heros and minor gods] are great and add alot of extra strategy without too much more complexity. If you love or even like Cyclades this is a must buy!

Not the best expansion but certainly a great one for an excellent game. Basically it is a set of modules that you can add how you like to spice things up. Cyclades is a timeless classic and this lengthens it's replay ability so, this is a no brainer. I'm certainly very happy that we have it!

Creo que el juego base de Cyclades está perfecto como es, si quieres má caos o algo de variedad está padre esta expansión pero realmente es innecesaria, creo que lo prefiero seguir jugando solo con el base.

Excelente expansión pone más acción en el juego base pero aún sigue siendo un poco lento .... Se necesita adicionar el Titans....para que sea x1000 emocionante... Eso sí es prácticamente es cambiar todo el juego .... Pero de esa manera con las dos expansiones es meritorio de estar en los 100 mejores juegos the BGG y muchísimo mejor que Kelmet
