Delicious
Best lasagna noodles. Guests raved about the noodles. They were shocked that the noodles weren't thick. Cook time 4 minutes for perfect end results. Will buy more.

Great texture, slightly inconsistent cooking results
I picked up this linguine pasta for a quick weeknight dinner, and overall I’m pretty satisfied. The noodles have a nice texture when cooked properly and hold sauce really well, especially lighter ones like garlic and oil. I also appreciate that it doesn’t fall apart easily during boiling. However, I noticed that some strands cooked unevenly, with a few turning softer faster than others. The cooking time on the package felt slightly off for my stove. The packaging is simple but gets the job done. It’s a good pasta option, though not the most consistent I’ve tried so far.

De Cecco is the only brand of pasta I'll buy.
If I can't get pasta from De Cecco, I don't buy pasta. They have the best ingredients, texture and taste. I have no problem processing this pasta made from Durum Wheat, while I do struggle with pasta made with the same wheat from other companies. The No. 7 Linguine is the perfect thickness and not a single strand ever goes to waste. I couldn't tell you how many boxes of De Cecco pasta I've purchased at this point because I love pasta, and this is the only brand that doesn't give me tummy troubles. I'm trying the styles they offer. Highly recommend this brand.
