Great product!! Promotes a better mental health state naturally. Doesn’t have side effects , I am very sensitive to most intakes but this natural supplement does not make me feel uncomfortable all good experiences. Gave a bit of unexpected energy. I recommend to take it in the morning.

This is the second time I’ve let the stress in my life get the better of me. Work/life balance was all out of whack and I stopped sleeping, couldn’t eat, and became pretty miserable. This is also the second time I’ve reached for this and it has pulled me out of a pretty deep hole. Not overnight, but over the course of a couple of weeks. I take 2 on and empty stomach in the morning and 2 before lunch. I’m super happy with the quality and effectiveness. Having HPA dysregualtion is miserable. Having something I can count on that actually works is something I am beyond grateful for.

I was experiencing severe burnout symptoms from long term stressors. I was desperate and my usual antidepressants weren’t helping. So I started researching and was reintroduced to adaptogentic herbs. I learned there are herbs that are good specifically for burnout and will nourish my adrenals and calm cortisol levels. I took 2 in the morning and I started to feel the effects within 30 minutes. My mood lifted, my brain was clearer and I found myself up and cleaning my depressing bedroom. I found myself motivated to recommit to my goals. I felt so hopeless at one point and this gave me a huge boost of hope. I’m usually a very passionate, creative and ambitious woman. I look forward to being myself again. I’ve been taking it for a few days now and feel more and more healed as the days go by. I may increase to the full dose if I feel the effectiveness taper. I was down bad for 2 months, no work or anything going but pajamas and bed head lol. I literally had nothing to give. But this is bringing my spark back. Thank you!! 🙏🏽 Update 3 months later: Once again this supplement came to the rescue when I was under extreme stress from tragic losses and breakups. My anxiety was so bad that I was experiencing chest pain, hyperventilating, migraines and sleep disruptions. My deep breathing exercises and Sertraline wasn’t helping enough so I popped a couple of these. And it gave me such relief. The chest pain subsided and I had the clarity and energy to engage with the present. I only take them as needed so it’s not a continuous regimen. 3 days to a week seems to be enough to help me get back on my feet.

Decided to give these a try. I am very happy with them. As a 51 yr young women in menopause, these worked for me. I take 2 in the morning on an empty stomach. I was very angry 2 weeks out of the month and these seamed to really lesson that a ton! I have now since referred a few friends to try these and they love them. Great price. No taste. Pills a little large but easy to swallow. I noticed a change about 1 week into taking these. Give them a try.

I really need this stuff . It took a couple weeks but it gives you energy for sure

Put on 5 pounds of “stress weight” since January. In addition to eliminating some foods (nuts, low-carb granola) that I tend to overeat, I started using this supplement. I lost two pounds in a month, a nice win at my age (64.) But I stopped using it, due to price + it was hard to judge the effects, which are good but subtle. After 3 weeks without it, I stalled in my weight loss and was not sleeping as well, plus I could see that “cortisol fluff” creeping around my waistline again. Took two of these before bed last night and slept better than I have in weeks. I think this supplement is not for everyone, and not a miracle, but if you are struggling with burnout and adrenal fatigue, it might help. Bonus: I woke up feeling positive today.
