Great product! This is probably the best car mount I’ve used so far... I am so happy I found this. This is my first time to use such a gravity car mount, have to say its EASE OF USE makes me become a big fan of it. With this mount just slide my phone in or take it out, without having to make any manual adjustments, holder clamps will automatically close around to secure the phone through the weight of my phone. - This one looks sleek rather than bulky, which keeps my car (2019 Accord) dashboard always stylish and neat. - I can get the same convenience as my previous magnetic mount and without sticking metal plates. - The vent clamp is a lot better than the recent mount I’ve had before.. The holder attaches securely to my car vents and is in just the right position, so it won't block view of sight. This is definitely a 5 Star product! Will definitely recommend this to my friends.

I bought my first Vicseed cell phone cradle for my wife over a year ago - Feb 2020. Still going strong as you can see in the photo. i bought a second one a few months ago for my car. So easy to use. Phones drop in and remove easily with one hand. She has an iPhone 11 pro and I use a pretty hefty Android phone with a battery case. Works great for both. I love a product that works well! 10/24/21 - just want to update my review and say that both phone cradles are going strong. People who ride in my car are surprised that it uses gravity to hold the phone and LOVE IT. So easy to grab the phone one handed or remove it. If you need a phone cradle for your cell phone, this one will make you very happy. It might be the best product I've bought from Amazon.

I am very pleased with this cell phone holder so far. I would have given it 5 starts except for the poor instructions (described below). My last phone carrier broke due to insufficient strength in the clamp, but this one seems durable. I like the simplicity of the mechanism and the ease of use. To use, you place the phone on the bottom bracket, and the weight of the phone causes the side clamps to tighten. You remove the phone by simply lifting it up. Not much to go wrong. My only complaint is the instructions were poor. A critical step was missing. To assemble the carrier, you press the ball on the end of the clamp into a socket. It takes a bit of force, and being plastic I worried about destroying it, especially since that step is missing from the instructions. My wife studied the instructions and was equally mystified. However, after studying the assembly for a while I realized there was no other option. Anyway, now that it's all together and installed, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Just purchased the iPhone 11 Pro Max and was looking for a sturdy mount. Bought an inexpensive model from another site and greatly disappointed. The unit was nice but did not secure the phone as the curve grab bars were to straight. This model was a vast improvement. Easy to secure on the air vent (Mercedes GLE 43 AMG), position and ease of use is simply a drop-in. The side bars holding the unit wrap around securely and enough room to hold thick cases (e.g., wallet type). No longer do I need to place the phone in the center console and can now place in perfect view next to the GPS. The other advantage is that I can connect the USB cable for Car Play. Bottom line is that I would recommend to a friend and purchase again. BTW fit and finish is impressive in piano black.

Steady, well designed and thought out, can be mounted and dismounted without leaving any residual or damage to the dash. I mounted this on the top frame on the air vent of my car instead of on the louvers to provide a more sturdy hold and prevent vibrate from potentially damaging the louver, the clamp holds onto the frame as well as the louvers. There are also adjustments for how tight the mount can be rotated around its pivot head, all in all a good product. The holding mechanical for the phone is made of metal with a smooth glide mechanism, everything just works right on this. The only improvement COULD be to allow this thing to be rotatable to allow both vertical and horizontal orientation, but then I don't know how the gravity fed drop hold would work if the mount is rotated 90 degrees, but one can wish and hope...

The design is really simple but works very well. I used the product for a few months only having to reatach it to the vent a couple times as it was pretty secure. The clamp stopped clamping tight enough to hold it onto the vent. I noticed a small round washer inside that would sit crooked so it wouldn't close tight. I finally got it to attach again and the top plastip part broke. No stress was being put on it other than the weight of the phone.

I will start off by saying that his product DOES WORK. It is very well made, and works as designed. HOWEVER, IT DOES NOT FIT A PHONE WITH A CASE. When I removed my rather thin case, my phone fit perfectly. However, because I use a case when I'm out and about, and this holder is designed for use in a car, this is a big enough drawback for me to not use this holder again. I would highly recommend this product for those who don't use a phone case or those who don't mind removing their case every time they use this holder. If you use a case like I do, THEN THIS PRODUCT IS DEFINITELY NOT FOR YOU.
