It does the job !!!
It certainly does the job within a couple of days or sooner but I did experience a lot of discomfort and pain for a short time … Think next time I’ll just take one!!!

Does the job
As advertised, literally. Understandably so, popping one in isn't the most fun, and yes, most of the capsules are misshapen, which only adds to the already rough situation...but the results are instant. Like within 8-10 minutes tops. For me, it ended as quickly as it began and there were no lingering side effect. It's a life saver.

Oh my!
A few people suggested these to me after a surgery due to constipation from pain meds. These do get inserted in the butt so do not swallow! Insertion was easy, but no way i could keep inside for 15-20 mins. Within 10 mins I had to go and my stomach started griping :/ that pain is the only downside as it’s not a pleasant feeling.
