Does what it’s supposed to
It’s a pretty unique product afaik and I think it’s great for cold set desserts because you can make any size you want. The edges are not really that sharp so you’ll not get hurt while handling. I washed it and it didn’t rust.

Good for no-bake cheesecake and mousse, not for baking
I used this ring to make mango cheesecake. Came out awesome. But when I tried to bake a sponge cake in it, it didn't cook in the centre at all. I used the 7 inch setting for a batter of size 8 inch tin and used a bakelite glass circular tray below. I used a medium-sized rack in the LG Microwave Oven. And some of the batter seeped out also. May be I should have used 8 inch and a low rack.
