I bought a set of these to replace a similar set that I'd lost a while back. I love piercing earrings because I can wear them for days or weeks at a time without them irritating my ears, and the safety backs make them comfortable to sleep in as well. These earrings were the perfect choice. My first set arrived very promptly, but what I hadn't realized was that there are shape options different than what is shown in the stock photo. I wound up getting a set of plus signs, crescent shapes, and hearts. They were fine, just unexpected. I imagine the seller just picks three different shapes at random when shipping. When I ordered a second set later as a gift for my mom, I received a set of rounds, stars, and hearts. Be warned, the backs stay on VERY securely, especially when you first start using them. If you want to take them out, it can be difficult until you've done it a few times and it starts to loosen up a bit. But they're still quite secure after that.

I'm allergic to nickel and can't even wear most hypoallergenic earrings. These I have no problem and am over 50 yrs old wearing them after not having earrings in for over 10 years due to not affording the $50 and up that the price has increased on the studs in local stores! These are also very strong back connections! They are thicker like the original studs I had my ears pierced with at 12 yrs old (they may be the same things). I have also had problems, in the past of having too long of posts. These are not super short posts but not as long as some generally are! I am going to buy another set! I am also making this review after having them in for over 7 weeks and never taking them out through showers and sweaty workouts! Still not tarnished nor the gold coating chipped...pristine condition still!

I wear piercing studs as earrings when I swim or am active because the backs do not come off easily. That’s the purpose of the backs, so yes, they are tight and some pairs are harder to remove than others. Not a problem. I’ve used all pairs and they are all good. Be aware- piercing studs are thicker than average earrings, so if it’s been years since you had your ears pierced, they will probably be too thick for your ears without hurting for a week. I’ve been wearing pierced earrings for 50 years, and I’ve always had my piercing studs in rotation so my holes don’t close up to a thinner hole. Be advised.

Arrived as expected and seem real nice. The only thing is the backs are hard to get on but I used an old one and they are fine.

I appreciate these earrings for being non-allergenic. I used them to force open old, narrow holes. Now I wear them daily. So nice to have!

Love these earrings. They have been in my ears for months with no colour change. Very functional and sturdy for everyday wear. It has perfect sizing, not to small not to thick. And most importantly it does not cause ear irritation or infection. Very good purchase
