Does exactly what it says
Very durable and it does not bounce. Right size for average hand size. Great for core workouts. Easy to grip and is great value for the price. Would buy again

Good product
I have 3 different weights of these balls. I use them a lot and they are a great value for the money. Haven’t been able to break one!

The AI summary is correct
On the plus side, easy to hold, and decent quality. I also like that you can control the firmness using a pump and needle valve (neither are included). As delivered it will not roll on a hard floor. On the minus side, too big for the sand inside. Probably 75% to 90% full. Sand sloshes around inside, making handling a challenge. Overall, decent for the price.

Unpredictable, and probably not the safest to exercise with
I was looking up medicine balls and saw this. I thought it was a medicine ball, so I guess I don’t understand what a “slam ball” is. It is too hard to exercise with, as the inside is loose sand. When you throw it in one direction, it takes the sand a moment to catch up, before it throws the full weight. It’s too hard on the body, To have some thing with such unpredictable weight continuing to move when you believe it to be stopped. I definitely would not recommend it as a exercise ball.

The ball was under inflated
When I took them out of the box they were not inflated with enough air and it seemed like they were clogged, I could never inflate them. This is the third and last time I buy this brand.

Not what I imagined
The Ball is smaller than what I imagined. Also, not as firm as would have liked.

It's got a good grip!
Damn it's great for working out! I ordered a 50 pound one. Just carrying it and moving my body with it is superb.
