ProsourceFit Core Balance Disc Trainer, 14” Diameter with Pump for Improving Posture, Fitness, Stability

Just what I was looking for to help my third grader sit for longer periods of time but still be able to concentrate and stay on task. Great for fidgeting without getting up and losing focus.

Great for creative exercise

I love love love this disc cushion. It has certainly provided me some pain relief and also fun to sit on while I work by the computer! The color is vibrant and brings me calm. I also recommended it to my taxi driver! Who bought it as well!

First one shipped would not hold air, easy replacement by Amazon. New one is working great. Excellent for the 50+ crowd to build strength in there feet, ankles , knees and core.

Works as expected. Pump is a little cheap / fragile / delicate, but better than not having it I guess.

Currently using as a wiggle cushion for my ADHD kiddo while at the dinner table. It’s working great!

I was advised by my dr. to purchase a balance disk to sit on when I drive to avoid hip pain but this was too narrow for a bucket driver’s seat. It sank down and my rear end was over the sides. I wear small pants so it’s not a matter of a large butt. Would advise finding a wider one to use in this way.

I really like my balance disks. Had trouble walking, tripping n very unsteady. I now have more confidence in walking and getting in n out of the bathtub. I use mine most days 3 times a day. I stand balancing then I do a light bounce about 10 minutes at a time. I use mine close to the kitchen sink or counter so I have something to grab if I loose balance. Sooo glad I have them. Made a big difference in about a 2 weeks.

Work as expected.

ساعدني عند اداء بعض التمارين البسيطة بالبيت او المكتب في تقوية اسفل الضهر وتخفيف الالم الناتج عن الجلوس كثيرا.. طبيعة عملي اجلس كثير ولذا احيانا كثيرة اسفل الظهر يبدا يؤلم .. تمارين الاطالة تساعد كثير والان مع وجود هذا سواء اداء تمارين بالبيت بسكل موسع او تمارين خفيفة بالمكتب او حتى الجلوس عليه وقت العمل يعمل على تحريك العضلات اسفل الظهر فيمنع او يخفف الالم ..

Item received as promised with the pump included. I am using it now and so far so good. Very good quality. I am on the computer for over 12 hours a day and I also have had low back pain. The disc 'encourages' me to sit up straight which will hopefully improve my posture. It arrived inflated to about two inches and I added air for comfort. So far no leaks and all is well. Very smart purchase
