Decent Supplement but Results Were Mil
I’ve been taking this supplement for a few weeks. The capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle size is reasonable for a month supply. The product contains oyster extract and zinc, which are commonly used to support energy and general health.  However, I didn’t notice any significant changes after using it for a while. It might work better for some people, but for me the effects were pretty mild. The price is also a bit high compared with other zinc supplements. Overall, the product seems decent in terms of ingredients and quality, but the results were not very noticeable for me. It’s okay, but I’m not sure if I would purchase it again.
