Back to buy a second pack and How to Put them on by Yourself
My new package reads 4-5X. These are certainly bariatric size as advertised. They fit a true 4-5X Queen size. Soft, absorbent even when using "water" pills. These are diapers, not underpants. Affix them lying down as you would diaper a child. Use the tabs to snug them up. They do not leak in bed or in a wheelchair. Buying more. These fit, unlike those supplied in the rehab facility. How to do it by yourself: these are not pants and not pull ups, they are diapers. To do it by yourself, do this: you sit on the bed. You seek the yellow inner side and place it facing UP on your lap. You place the wider end, with the blue tabs by your stomach and the smaller end by your knees. You open the top end completely. You stretch out the long tabs pulling the lengths fully. Pop the adhesions. The widest side with the blue tabs is the top. The opposite side is the bottom. The bottom has no adhesions. Fold the bottom half up toward your stomach. Looking at the yelow pad only, make the top and bottom pad halves meet exactly. Using common sense, stick on the tabs so the diaper becomes "pants." One side, other side. You now have "pants." Put your feet in and pull them up. And most helpful! Secure this with underpants! Underpants on top of diapers. Elastic legs. I balance on the wheeled walker. I put on the diaper first and the underpants second. Have patience with yourself. Hope this helps.

Should have been doggy diapers
I thought I was buying doggy diapers, cause I was going to use these because when I bring my new huge puppy into somebody’s house and if he decides to mark his area, I was gonna make sure that it was caught so now I just gotta try to figure out how to use these for my dog I paid that much money for him. Trust me. I’m using them one way or another, but make sure you know what you’re buying, but these do seem to be thick well-made I hope they hold a lot of his marking his territory.

Big
These are not pull-up like Depends. They are wrap around diapers with sturdy tabs. We only needed when flu is involved. Extremely large. So large we had to staple to fit. However, they fit high on the body, where Depends were too short and unreliable.

The Best!
While I'm not incontinent, I have certain medical conditions that make it difficult to get in and out of bed at night to use the bathroom. So I needed a diaper or briefs, whatever you wish to call them, at night only to get some sleep without worrying. I also needed the bariatric size and the 3x fills that need. Quite frankly 3x are too big, but because of the extra long and wide side attachments, I have little problem putting these on myself with my arthritic hands. Adult briefs don't seem to follow more then the most basic shape. Each company has its own rules of what constitutes a tab or what is considered maximum absorption or even what is considered 3x or bariatric. It's quite frustrating and that frustration gets worse when one is stuck having to deal what is covered by insurance. These briefs have real tabs, are big, are high up all over and have amazing absorbency compared to three other companies I have used. Unfortunately I have to pay for them myself as my insurance doesn't cover them. I can't afford a month's worth so I buy a pack or two and use then when I know I am going to be in bed for more than 6 hours. I have reused the side panels to help make other companies' briefs fit better. The side panels tear off easy enough and can be added to the side panels on briefs with short side panels. I use these only when in bed so I can't speak for how they are any other time.

Horrible customer service
Update: I ordered these February 10 and they never showed up and company is horrible. Their customer service are claiming that I’m lying about not receiving the package and they’re refusing to replace the package or refund me. Hence I am out over $100 warning if you order these don’t order from Amazon there is a company if you Google it that is cheaper and they have five stars. If you order from this company, just be aware, you may not receive what you pay for These are great value they’re actually a little bit big so they would fit someone who’s on the heavier side however overnight they’re horrible they don’t absorb as well and I wake up in the morning with the pad underneath me wet. Make sure you put a pad between you and your bed if you’re wearing these at night.

Adult underwear
Great idea but did not expect to have to put on like a diaper. They were hard to put on, but even at that you would expect them to serve as pull ups as you wear. That didn't happen. Also they are made to be expandable to many sizes. I am a 3x - 4x female. They were wayyy too large. Definitely not what I expected.

Quality life provides great service at a good price. Quick shipping and tracking - the local stores don't always have in stock. If they do, hard to find.
