Very comfortable
I normally don't care enough to leave reviews, but this underwear is great. The silicone patch is in the perfect spot right over my scar and it's a huge help, I have no more pain throughout the day and it doesn't get irritate rubbing against any material as it's healing. I'm 10 weeks postpartum today, I had an emergency c-section and I started wearing them after my 2 week checkup went well and the steri-strips all came off. It's worth it just for the silicone part alone, in my opinion. It does work to hold you in a bit in the beginning, but now I only have 5 lbs to lose and it doesn't really help with that at this point. I do still wear it on days when my scar is bugging me. So even though I only wore it as as much as possible for about 7 weeks, it was still worth the money. I will definitely be wearing it again next time, since I have to have a c-section again, apparently.

Pain reduction!
I was in so much pain after my c section and barely able to walk. I this product was so helpful in my recovery. I after I started wearing it I felt so much better. I was able to stand up straighter and my movement felt more fluid. Granted over time I naturally would have felt better but I feel that this helped speed up the process, and so much so that I was able to go off the pain meds. I was concerned about the fit as I am a plus sized gal (230 lbs) but the 1x-2x fit very well. I would recommend this for anyone that gets a c section as soon as you can! Cons: -It is tight. It needs to be but it is somewhat painful trying to get it on the first time. Also it is somewhat of a process takin it on and off to go to the restroom. Be careful over the incision. -I had intended to wear other underpants under these but there is no way to do this. So I have to handshake every day. If you don't want to do this you may want to get multiple pairs *you will still need to hold your incision if you cough or sneeze :P Ouch!

Not the same quality product I received in 2022
I ordered these in early 2022 after an emergency C-section In January. I was super skeptical but had lived the experience to know that these c-panties were worth every penny! The pros (original purchase Jan 2022) - built in silicone patch in the incision area - high waisted - minimum roll if you’re not too shapely - compression was excellent - very durable 18 + months before the surging around the silicone strips began to show fray - my scar became almost invisible- the thing really works!!!!! (The photo of the black undie is from the original purchase) Unfortunately I had another emergency C-section in November 2023. I ordered (confidently ordered) 6 more pairs. Total difference!!!!! The cons - fabric has been changed - the silicone strips and silicone along the leg holes were not surged in place as on the original panties - on the first wear the silicone was halfway detached at the incision site and the legs (literally falling off) - the fabric compression is different - the high-waist effect was minimal as this fabric rolled down with comparable ease to the original stock i got (The photos of the beige undies are the second purchase) THIS WAS A REALLY TERRIFIC INITIAL purchase. I have no idea what happened the second time around. I wish I’d gotten the same quality. I really wanted/needed a few more pairs to cycle through. I’ll have to be content with the original 6 ones I have already. Super bummed that these recent 6 weren’t the same quality. It’s a pity to have found such a life saving (scar erasing) find , only to have it watered down to uselessness in the form of a comparatively inferior version of the first set I got.

Recommend!
After my first c-section, I found it difficult to wear any panty as the waist band rubbed on my incision and it hurt. Even once the incision had healed the scar was still sensitive. When time was approaching for my second c-section I knew I had to find some other panty that was high-waisted and wouldn't roll down to the incision line. So I searched and searched, this was the one I ended up getting and I do not regret the purchase. This was much more comfortable to wear than regular undies. The only problem with these is that the silicone patch was just slightly shorter than my incision line. Not sure if my doctor just made my incision a little longer than most or if the silicone patch should be made a little larger. I think the later. I feel this really helped to lose some water weight and added compression in all the right places. It helped just with over all support with the flabbiness of the tummy you have initially. At 3 weeks post-partum this panty was officially too big and I could no longer use it as it started to roll down and begin looking bulked under clothing. So I bought some regular high waisted undies to get me through now till the incision is less sensitive. I am about to purchase another product from this company to help with the little bit of shaping left to be made and the last bit of uterus shrinking that needs to be had.

Absolutely love
Love, love, love. C section 5 weeks ago, I healed very quickly but it was starting to itch, having normal tenderness. All of my underwear rub right on my scar. Bought these with doubt, because I don't like tight clothing. I assumed I would only wear them when I wanted to look sucked in... and I'm buying two more pairs so I can wear them every day. They are SO comfortable. It's literally soothing to your skin and the pressure is just right. I was also nervous because I have a hard time finding underwear that fit right, especially on the butt, the material is the perfect stretchiness I think to fit any butt sans wedgies! Love them

Zero Compression
I’m incredibly disappointed in these. Buyer beware: They advertise compression however there is absolutely zero. The only compression points are the seams around the leg openings and the top seam. These are far too high, they touch my breasts, and are SO tight around the rib cage they actually make the postpartum body worse. They almost seem to accentuate the belly, I didn’t know that was possible in “compression” panties. They also ride up so you have a constant wedgie. The only thing these have going for them is the silicone strip, and I’m sure there’s a better way to wear one of those.

Wish I had this with my first c-sections!
I ordered these right before having my third c-section. I wish I had these after my second! I've had back to back boys, I'm 5'0" and normally 100-105lbs while nursing. I have gained 30 lbs with both boys and they were both over 8 lbs. My first was a girl and just under 7lbs, I carried her high, but definitely had to work harder after having my second to get my body back. To echo others, they really give you great support, especially those first few days after being home. I loved them so much, I ordered a second pair, so I can wear one every day. For my size, I ordered the small/medium. They fit well and I've noticed a big difference in how quickly my belly has gone down this time. I'm currently 3 weeks postpartum and I'm not dieting. I highly recommend these and will absolutely use them again. I do wish they came in an xs option, so I could wear them longer. I am sure this size will work for several more weeks.

Doesn't fit right.
I just got these today. I tried them on and the fit is kind of weird. The leg holes are tight enough I think it will dig in and start to hurt after a while. Also, I have a very short waist, so it scrunches down and is all bunched up at my waist. The compression seems about right so I think getting a bigger size would undermine that. I'm going to give them a chance though because I'm pretty desperate to find something that will keep my clothes from rubbing and irritating my scar and the skin around it. I haven't been able to wear dresses for the past six months, I suppose that if that's the only benefit I gain from these it will be worth it. I'll regain over half of my wardrobe if these work out.
