Died within first 5 minutes. Updated to 5 stars after replaced.
Delivery was excellent. Condition was very good. Charged the Surface to 100 percent. Allowed me to make an Outlook account and then it died. Could not get screen to come on. Have to return item. UPDATE: Seller did send out another unit and it arrived in a couple of days. The replacement unit works great and as advertised. Nice job.

Absolutely great purchase!
I don’t know what it is but this is absolutely wonderful product, sure it’s not going to be able to be used for heavy gaming but it is definitely great for office work. Even better, it’s 100% portable, it’s not bound to wires nor is it a bulky large heavy machine. Battery that lasts for multiple hours and a built in back stand further improving office usage. It definitely is faster than my actual PC and as I said before, portable. Personally It does take time to get used to a full on computer to be used in the form of a tablet but shouldn’t be to hard to adjust after all I have used a computer in the form of a handheld console like device. Screen resolution is very nice quality, exactly the quality of what I want. Addition to all of what I’ve discussed above the product was refurbished yet it feels so new, 5/5 stars.

Great product when working, but customer service is horrible to deal with if you have issues.
Great product when it works. It's light, blazingly fast, starts up quickly, and replaced my PC laptop and my tablet. But My touchscreen went out. >1 hour on the phone with Microsoft customer service to get a new one. The replacement tablet I was sent had a discolored screen. Now >2 hours back on the phone with Microsoft to get a better one. IF you are lucky enough to get a fully functional refurbished tablet and don't need to deal with customer service, then you're good to go. Otherwise, expect a big headache.

Nice For Used
I was looking for a tablet that I could get back into drawing with. I didn't want to spend a lot of money in case I did't like drawing digitally. This tablet came recommended for drawing and it was used / refurbished, so I could afford to give it a shot. It came quickly and package well. It had all the components in the description. It turned on w/o an issue, it connected to the network and downloaded apps w/o a problem. It connected easily with the drawing pen, the Bluetooth keyboard and with my phone. I really like this tablet except for it doesn't stay charged that long. I find myself charging it more than my phone even though I use it less. Other than that it was a good purchase.

Pleasantly Suprised
I don't write reviews...ever. My 5 year old SP3 that I loved died 2 weeks ago and I was left in the vacuum of deciding to spend big bucks for a new computer or pull the trigger on a renewed/refurbished one for $300. Against my normal risk-averse personality, especially after reading some of the bad experiences and reviews, I opted to give it a try. I figured $300 is cheap enough that yes it would suck if it didn't work, but not the end of the world. Bough it, it came two days later, and I couldn't be more pleased. There's not a scratch on it and works beautifully. Picked up right where I left off with my old one. So far (~7 days into the new one) absolutely no problems or issues. Highly recommend. I'm sure there are lemons out there, but this has been like a brand new computer for me.

Feels familiar which is a good thing
Glad we went with the Surface Pro. In the box... Surface Pro 3 Charger Generic Pen No manuals or documents Had to buy A keyboard Unorganized notes: -It's Windows so it's familiar. -Battery life is better than our previous laptop. Only had it a couple days so it's still too soon to truly judge though -it a good sized screen and still compact to travel -it came already logged on to a generic user so I had to do a complete wipe (good thing I'm somewhat tech savvy) - wish there were more ports (usbs) - solution is to buy a separate USB hub - the pen seems to be the "and" accessory. Don't know how to use it. It doesn't have a place in the surface pro to go. My opinion is it should live some where inside the surface pro like the Samsung note. But regardless of that, I dont know what to do with it. - unlike the iPads, the surface has separate logins so this has made it great for having my kids have their own accounts - the keyboard thing (not physical keyboard) is confusing. The keyboard pops up sometimes and other times I feel like I need to press some special magic function key to get it to pop up (it doesn't always work). - the Microsoft store seems more like a place where 3rd party companies are just trying to extract money rather than provide a service. (There are not a lot of apps anyways)
