Glad I purchased this as it has certainly helped alleviate some of my snoring issues. I've had multiple nasal surgeries over the years and that has exacerbated my issues, so was willing to try this, and Id certainly recommend. The product also comes with nasal spacers to help keep the nasal canal open, so that was a bit of an added bonus!! Takes a bit of getting used to but that is to be expected. It's easy to mould into shape according to your mouth. Id say give it a week to really get used to having in your mouth at night. Its well made and seems of good material. Overall for the price and simplicity of the product I'd certainly say give it a try and give it a couple of weeks to see the difference. Overall I'm very satisfied as it is a very easy product and one that solves a big issue for a lot of suffering snorers. Just give it a go and give it time as everyone is different, but it certainly can help. You need to mould the mouth piece before use which is quite tricky and also dangerous, in my opinion. Essentially, you have to leave the mouthpiece in boiling water until it softens and then put it in your mouth and bite down on the (now red hot) plastic. Pushing the front of the mouthpieve into position is simple enough but it is extremely difficult to mould the back of it around your teeth. You have to push your tongue against it but it quickly hardens up, so you may have to repeat this multiple times before you get it to fit. If having a burnt mouth and tongue wasn't enough to put you off, then the drooling might. Because of the position your mouth it in, it's difficult to swallow all your saliva and you drool a bit. Persevered for a couple of weeks, but ultimately it didn't work for me at all. Still snored, no improvement in the ferocity or frequency whatsoever (I use a snore app to assess my sleeping). Wouldn't recommend.

Purchased this as the original one purchased which came from Puresleep worked really well. This design is almost identical but the fit and comfort was not as good as Puresleep version. It felt much looser and for me caused excess salivation which is not comfortable. The concept definitely works and once you get used to this in your mouth overnight, for me just 1 night, it virtually eliminates snoring. Unfortunately fro me this one was not effective so bought the Puresleep device from supplier in USA. Expensive but worthwhile. Not sure why Amazon stopped shipping Puresleep.

Very good product although my bite means that it doesnt fit as snug as it could but my snoring has gone from 7% epic to about 3% loud , so it must be working .

Really easy to use and reasonably comfortable. Just a case of getting used to wearing them. My partner has noticed a difference, and is getting a better night's sleep

The instructions were simple and very easy to mould the guard to my mouth. After a day or 2 it was comfortable just something new in the mouth. It wasn't as thick as I expected so comfortable. Very easy to use and my partner said it has worked and I feel as though I have slept better. Manage to share a bed with my partner now which is something we have both missed.

A total waste of money. Hasn’t worked at all. The mouthpiece is a bit of a faff to mould to your teeth and is not comfortable to wear, especially if you have a small mouth as it made me gag. The nose pieces are more comfortable to wear but still ineffective. Don’t buy this product.
