Great stocking stuffer!
Nice product! Can also be used on ribs to remove skin on back of ribs. Only knock is it took forever to come in!

I wouldn't clean frog legs without them after using them
I use these to clean my frog legs after gigging . These have a nice rubber coating on the handle and spring back open making cleaning frogs easy. My Chinese set does not have that and makes it more difficult when things are slippery

Not used on fish
While the intended purpose is skinning fish I used them to skin squirrels. I use the pants/shirt method and as age takes strength and range of motion from my hands and fingers I was finding it difficult to grasp the skin to pull the "pants" off the squirrel. These make it easier to get a grip on the hide, they also work good for breaking the leg bones making it easier to cut the feet off. Seem to be well made with close tolerances on the jaws.
