My factory battery was not keeping a charge, it this is after 6 years of heavy use. I attempted to get a replacement battery from a big box hardware store but they didn’t have the 40v battery in stock. I checked Amazon and there it was for a fraction of the price. It fit perfectly into my cordless blower and trimmer and works just fine!

Excellent product Long lasting Charges quickly

Overall works great, powers my black and decker mower and weedeater and blower fine. But it does flash red on the charger sometimes. It’s not one I can fully charge at one time. I have to leave it off charger for awhile then try and top it off if it won’t start flashing red. I keep a fan directly blowing on my batteries while charging bc I’m always worried about overheating them. My name brand ones don’t do that. Overall happy since this is way less expensive.

Fits well and holds charge well

Terrible terrible product! From the first day I bought it it didn’t hold a charge as well as the original Black & Decker. But I was using it as my second battery, as my original would not do my whole area in my yard that needed weed eating. Each time I use it it seemed it would hold less of a charge than the last time. Fast-forward to one year later, and I was getting about five minutes out of an and I was getting about five minutes out of a full charge, and I am ready to just throw it away. Terrible product!

The battery works very well in all my Black and Decker tools.

Works great on my chainsaw.

Worked fine, but didn't last very long. I used it for grass trimming and occasionally for my electric broom. It lasted for one and a half grass mowing seasons. I was expecting more. The original battery that came with the timmer lasted several years.
