Adjustment is quick and easy. Highly recommend sun gloves so the straps do not rub too hard on your hands. The seam for the strap is right at your thumb joint which I found a little annoying after a few miles of chaffing.

I was looking for a good pair of trekking poles for my first weeklong backpacking trip after 3 knee surgeries and having tried several other poles I wanted something that I could fold up and store in my car or in my pack. These poles fit all my criteria. Lightweight, reasonably priced, easy to use with no twist tightening mechanisms and adjustable. Right out of the box it was easy to use. They come with large and small baskets so you can use them in the summer for hiking and winter for show shoeing or possibly skiing. They also come with carbide tips or rubber tips. The tips are easy to change out. Use the rubber tips when hiking on solid surfaces such as paved trail or places where marking up the surface is not desirable, like national parks and monuments. Use the carbide tips in areas where getting a little bit better of a perch is needed like snow and ice. The poles have comfortable grips and very nicely padded wrist straps that are adjustable. There is a button you push to release the poles to fold them up, it's kinda small, but you just push it and slide the pole into the handle a few inches and that gives you enough slack to fold the poles up. A nice lever is used to loosen the pole to adjust from 105 to 120 cm. I'm a big guy and leaned on these quite a bit during the week long hike, and they held up great.My knees are still bad and going down hill is much more painful than going uphill. I found the grips and the wrist straps to made to allow me to transition from normal hiking to sliding my hands to the top of the poles to steady myself and take pressure off my knees when stepping down on the downhill. They were very handy for muddy parts of the trail and gave me extra stability during rocky portions. Although this is not much of a con there are lighter poles made from carbon fiber, but the cost goes up. These poles are aluminum. 6 days of carrying poles and you are ready to stash them in your pack, but I toned up my arms a bit.- Blister from the wrist straps. The way they are designed they do soak up sweat and that is what caused some hat spot issues on my hands and wrist.

Product worked very very well! Height was just nice for my height and was easily adjustable for ascents or descents. Snow cones were perfect and helped tremendously on wet ground. The collapsible feature of the z-poles also allowed for easy check in without damaging the item

I needed trekking poles that would fit my 5'3" frame, and the 110cm fit perfectly. It was great to be able to pack them for air travel, and to pack them in my backpack for when I needed them.

Bought this for trekking up a mountain and it's been fantastic so far during the training treks! Very lightweight, dismantles and packs up like a dream. Very satisfied with the purchase!

Zugegeben, es gibt deutlich billigere Stöcke! Das Handling ist aber super und durch den Faltmechanismus sind sie deutlich kürzer zusammen zu legen, als die klassische Teleskopvariante. Damit lassen sie sich bei Kletterpassagen schnell und einfach im Rucksack verstauen (die Außenbefestigung war mir nie ganz geheuer!) oder bei Flugreisen einfach in den Koffer packen. Der kurze Teleskopteil zur individuellen Höhenanpassung sorgt für die nötige Flexibilität. Bei den Teleskopstöcken hatte ich immer nach einiger Zeit das Problem, dass sich die Einzelteile irgendwann nicht mehr verschrauben lassen. Hier kann das nicht passieren. Hatte sie jetzt schon diverse Male im Gebrauch und bin sehr zufrieden. Langzeiteinsatz bleibt natürlich noch abzuwarten.

Genau das was ich erwartet habe. Die Wanderstöcke lassen sich sehr gut falten und sehen sehr gut aus. Sehr gut finde ich auch den verlängerten Griff der besonders bei Skihochtouren oft verwendet wird. Ansonsten sehen sie recht robust aus aber eine Aussage über Haltbarkeit kann ich erst nach Jahren geben.

Leicht, angenehme, doppelte Handgriffe, einfach zu handhaben, gut zu verstauen; leider fehlten die Gummi-Tips - werden hoffentlich in Kürze nachgeliefert
