I'm sure it's a great product. But shipping was incomplete. Missing the pump. Now waiting and had to purchase.

Used for my lower back and back of shoulder. Pain relief almost instantly, lasting for several hours. I can smell it-but it's not strong or offensive.

This works great as compared to another name brand and is a lot less expensive.
