Bought as a backup for 4 wheeler

This is what I bought AlveyTech YK19F 24 Volt Controller for The Pulse Charger Sold by: Amazon.com Services LLC Return eligible through May 20, 2021 $7.78 Condition: Used - Very Good - Item will come in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged. The controller lasted 1 day. Then it started doing the same thing the old other controller did it just clicked when you turned the throttle. I tested the throttle on another scooter no problem. I will not buy any more used scooter parts here.

AT least change the model number. The new controller has 3 small black plugs, old controller does not. now what? Hopefully the star rating review goes up with prompt customer service. Update.... No one wants to help with this problem. The star rating for this company and amazon needs to be negative. No one seems to be able to or want to help. So in 30 days i will personally start a boycot for this company and others. just do the right thing. Old controller has 3 red wires new one 5. old one has 1 orange wire new one has 0. half the plugs are different. Change the picture also. If its not the item that is being shipped you need to let customers know. So fix the issues! will be expecting the correct controller to be shipped ASAP. My grandson is sad that he can't ride his toy. When he is sad I am also sad, and Angry.
