Oh my! This is amazing.
Took our dog to a kennel one time when we were going on vacation for a few days. came back to pick her up and noticed how freakishly soft she was. She smelled so good, almost like a vanilla scent. I was so amazed and was curious what they did, not expecting that they gave her a bath or anything. So I called them up and asked them what they used on her to make her so soft, and they did in fact give her a bath and said that they used this stuff. So I ordered immediately and I am obsessed with how my dog feels and smells now. She smells SO GOOD. This is absolutely wonderful stuff.

Best Shampoo for my dog
I use this in combination with Furminator deshedding conditioner (I mostly only need the conditioner on his back due to his coat being thickest there and a little on his legs). The shampoo smells amazing and my dog's coat is beyond great. He is a mixed breed terrier/corgi mix (with others probably too), even though his hair is short, he is double coated (though his belly has very little hair yk mixed breeds). I hope they never discontinue or change this up. He probably could use a good bath every 1-2 months, once he starts itching/ the dandruff and grease are getting to him, and he gets a spa day and so clean you just have to touch him and get him greasy all over again because he feels sooo clean lol.

Looks Great & Smells Amazing
Groomer here and was at a Dog Salon and bought this bc I was tired of getting my dogs in the tub and no shampoo available bc you needed a manager to make more! I would sneak this stuff and use it for back up. Other groomer's that would walk in while bathing & drying would get a whiff & were like OMG what’s that smell! Since quitting the dog salon going independent I think Nootie will be my go to! The scent last for days, my dogs coats are brighter, softer, shines, but non greasy! Lathers on smooth and rinses nicely! I just love it all around! I’m big on smells, this shampoo hands down leaves the dog smelling delightful! It’s my selling point for the dogs I groom the shampoo I use is amazing!!!

Pets smell and feel great
Love the smell. Leaves pets fresh and soft. Dog tends to have sensitive skin and she enjoyed the product during her bath. Cats enjoyed it too and they all smell fantastic and feel clean and stuff afterwards. I haven't seen the pets scratch much after use compared to others that leave them itchy.

Great Shampoo for Sensitive Skin—Cleans Wonderfully, Too Light Of A Scent
TL:DR - I truly like this shampoo a lot. It cleans extremely well, leaves my dog’s coat soft, smooth, and easy to maintain, and is gentle enough for sensitive skin—something that alone makes it worth repurchasing. If the fragrance were stronger or longer-lasting, I would consider it absolutely perfect, but even with a barely noticeable scent, the results and quality of the formula make this a product I highly recommend. If your dog has sensitive skin, or you simply want a shampoo that provides real softness and deep cleaning, Nootie is an excellent choice. As a pet owner who has tried more shampoos over the years than I’d like to admit, I can confidently say that **Nootie Pet Shampoo for Sensitive Skin is one of the best I’ve used**. I have a dog who tends to struggle with dryness and irritation, and finding a shampoo that actually soothes rather than worsens his skin has always been a challenge. After multiple uses, I genuinely like this product a lot and see real benefits from it. The **first thing that impressed me was how well it cleaned**. Even after long days outside, rolling around in grass and sometimes less pleasant things, my dog’s fur washes clean with minimal effort. The shampoo lathers nicely and rinses without any residue, which I appreciate because thick or hard-to-rinse formulas always leave my dog’s coat looking weighed down. With Nootie, I notice the exact opposite—his fur comes out fresh, light, and noticeably softer. One of my favorite results is how **incredibly soft his coat feels afterward**. This is the biggest difference compared to many shampoos I’ve tried. Not only does it look healthier, but it feels almost silky, especially around the neck and shoulders where he’s most sensitive. I also noticed that his coat seems easier to brush after baths, which is a big plus. Sometimes shampoos leave the fur dry and more prone to tangling, but with this one, brushing has been smooth and quick. Regarding sensitive skin, I truly believe this formula delivers on what it promises. My dog has occasionally reacted to fragrances, dyes, and harsher cleansing ingredients, but **he hasn’t experienced any irritation, redness, or itching afterward**. I’ve also seen a reduction in flakes, particularly during seasonal weather changes. Even after frequent baths, his skin looks calm and hydrated, not stripped. Now to the one subtle drawback—and really, the only thing I’d change if I could—the **scent is extremely mild**. The product description suggests fragrance, and while technically it is there, it’s almost unnoticeable once the coat dries. Personally, I love when pet shampoos leave a fresh smell on the coat that lasts for a few days. With Nootie, if you put your nose directly into the fur right after the bath, you can barely detect anything. Some might consider that a positive, especially if their pet is sensitive to fragrance or if they prefer a neutral smell, but I would’ve liked a bit more noticeable scent, especially given how excellent everything else is. That being said, although the scent is subtle, the coat still **smells clean**, which, to be fair, is more important than strong perfume. There is absolutely no “wet dog” smell afterward, and even several days later the coat maintains that clean feeling. Unlike some shampoos that attract dirt faster or cause buildup, this one leaves fur fresh and doesn’t seem to create residue over time. Another detail worth mentioning is the texture of the shampoo itself. It’s not overly runny but not thick to the point of being difficult to spread. A small amount goes a long way, and despite bathing a medium-sized dog consistently, I’ve barely made a dent in the bottle. It feels like a genuinely cost-effective product.

Great shampoo, non-irritating
My adopted Golden Retriever arrived with the Sweet Pea and Vanilla version of this (and the Daily Spritz in the same scent), so I gave him his first bath with it. The SP&V is *extremely* heavily scented and I literally found it headache-inducing. But it did work quite well in terms of its primary purpose of cleaning the dog without irritation and leaving him soft and shiny, so I decided to try a different scent (Coconut Lime Verbena) in both the shampoo and the Daily Spritz. This version works just as well as the SP&V. Lathers easily, easy to spread through the coat and down to the skin, easy to completely rinse out of the coat. Doesn't cause any skin irritation. He's clean, soft and shiny. The Coconut Lime Verbena mainly smells lightly of citrus. When he's in the bath and there's warm water, I also smell a bit of toasted coconut and maybe a hint of vanilla (though the vanilla could have been from the previous Daily Spritz in SP&V just getting washed out). Once he's dry, he smells lightly citrusy if you're right next to him. That's about the level of scent I prefer in dog grooming products. I don't need them to be an air freshener for an entire floor of a house! Having tried two scents now, I greatly prefer this one. But in my experience it would appear that they all work quite well and aren't irritating to the dog, so just pick a scent and scent level that you like and you and your dog should be happy!
