I purchased these to help with my vitamin levels. They did the job as I went from low b12 to high in just a month. They smell and taste good. They dissolve in your mouth and are very small. They did not upset my stomach like I was worried they would. Definitely a good purchase if you need more b12 just be careful to pay attention to your levels.

It has a mildly sweet taste. Dissolves in your mouth quickly. Reminds me of Smarties candies. Does not upset my stomach, size is small, vitamin content is perfect. My first laugh 6 months after gastric bypass surgery all of my numbers are perfect. All of my vitamins - calcium, multivitamins, B12, a d e k are Barimelt brand. I love Barimelts! the calcium could be a little sweeter or more fruity flavored like the other ones.
