Great for a Halloween costume
My son wore this hat for conehead plantz vs zombies costume. It arrived much earlier than stated (took 2 weeks but not the estimated 6 weeks). It does have a smell and is a bit pushed down when it arrives. I set it up and let it air out. Within a day the smell was gone and the creases were almost out from sitting up. The material is not a felt. Almost like a polyester foam feel. For the price, it worked great. It does stretch so a pre-teen could wear as well as an adult. Would recommend.

Took forever to arrive. Pretty resilient hat, creases if you fold it too long. Fun to wear

My 10 year old son wanted this as a gag gift
My youngest son went through a phase where he really liked traffic cones (not sure why, but I support his interests lol). He wore this daily around the house for at least two weeks. It made him smile, and for that, I am happy.

it's cute but does not want to stand up on its own.. looks like a limp cone.. maybe try starching it

Met my expectations for the price. Cheap. Cheaply made, but stayed together. Would buy another if I was in a pinch and could only pinch together a few pennies.
