I have been taking this product for years.

I was exercising, had started to jog at slow intervals. All the sudden my knees were in so much pain. I wasn't sure if I tore something or if it was arthritis. Everyone in my family has had knee surgeries and replacements. At 50 something I did not want the same happening to me. I started taking this once to twice per day and by day two I had some relief. I'm back to walking around the neighborhood. Still in minor pain but it's tolerable. Hoping this will soon go away being none of us can really go see a physician right now.

I have Arthritis in my back and when my doctor said I could take this, I was thrilled. My problem was it also gave my diarrhea. I tried 4 more times to take 1 a day but the next day, diarrhea happened again. That's just me.

Works better than others

Arrived on time, but the inside of the bottle is all yellow and everytime I take a capsule out, my fingers/hands are yellow. The inside of my Monday-Sunday pill keeper is all yellow as well. Either a capsule broke inside the bottle or the quality control was off when packaging this product. Or both. More importantly, I havent noticed any benefits from it. Will return this and go back to Solaray brand tumeric.
