It’s the Arnica!
I’m so happy that I found this cream! It really works and it works quickly. My knee was super inflamed and I could not walk without a cane for a week. One overnight use of Fibro Cream and the swelling and pain was manageable enough to return to work. It’s the Arnica. I often bathe in it for pain relief, but the cream is more convenient at work. Lol

I have severe fibromyalgia pain, so I was hopeful. It does work on the areas I can reach for the muscle soreness pain.

Surprising
It actually works I’m so suprised I have lower back / but pains and bad neck pains because of fibromyalgia and it does relieve the pain .

The jar was open and the cream was all over the inside of the package and on the jar. Very messy
