Perfect for cheap LS swaps
I use these first my LS swap projects. They fit fuel rails...c5 corvette filters...most factory fuel pump sending units...they works great.

It does the job
Not a fan Of these type of quick connectors. They are difficult to disconnect. Other types have larger buttons to push and are much easier to use but these are cheap and do the job. The bars do hold good. Many times you will get connectors with barbs that are too shallow and do not fit in snugly but these work well. just harder to disconnect.

Did the job
Got my 30 year old Ford Ranger back on the road with a minimum of hassle. Well worth it!

Gaskets installed - perfect fit for Buick Lesabre 3800 II v6
It was easier to cut the original nylon fuel line, heat it, and re-apply to the new connector (should have plenty of line if you cut close to the barb). Only 1 day but immediately stopped the leaking. Connector does not move vertically like the old connector, but it will spin.

Much easier to remove than OEM GM fittings
Bought these to add a Racor 2 micron "SNAPP" filter to my Canyon diesel, they literally made the job a "snap". Much easier to work with than the fiddly OEM connectors. Push the button to release, they come off, easy/peasy.

This was a repair I hesitated to do but all the garages were booked up solid because it was tire changeover time after the first snowfall. Before you attempt carefully review the video on Youtube from the guy who just replaces the guts of the fitting including the O-rings and the two plastic spacers. Practice on how to remove the guts on the new part first. You will probably find that the black plastic end piece ring is a real pain to get out unless you soak the part in a can of boiling water for about two minutes. I used a pen that was just the right size to jam into the end piece and it had grippy material on it that made it catch that end piece. The rest came out pretty easy with a pick tool. This is what you do outside under the hood but only after you master how to do it inside on your workbench or kitchen table. Tip: Place a tarp of piece of cardboard on top of the engine to catch any small pieces that can wind up in a black hole if you do not prepare the work space first. Once you get all the old pieces everything removed from the old leaky fitting on the car you just pop in the new pieces back in the proper order. The last piece - the end black end piece or stopper - was tricky to get in and click. But again I just used the same pen but this time using the end with the cap on it to push the piece in until it finally clicked. You may find a tall 8mm socket or piece of dowel will also work as a pusher to snap the last piece into place. Turned the key and checked for leaks and felt really good about saving a heap of time, trouble and money. Curses to GM for making such a vital part of a vehicle non-serviceable except for people who are up to the challenge and find a way in spite of it all. Good luck. If I can do it you can do it too. And it only takes about a half hour of your time to save who knows how much a garage would charge to replace the entire fuel line because they won’t do repairs like this anymore. Note that GM only sells the entire fuel line assembly and not just the section that goes to the fuel rail. So in parts alone you are talking about $300…So it is worth your trouble to do it yourself.

Used it on a 3800 Series 2 Buick V6 that was leaking fuel via the old connector. The part was exactly what I needed, and packaging was undamaged. I couldn't actually get the fuel line to slide off the old connector, so I used a bent and flattened paperclip to pick the old, worn gaskets out of the old connector and pick the new gaskets out of the new one, and swap them over. Took approx 1/2 an hour to do so, but worked great!
