Excellent product for sealing painted concrete driveways
This product is perfect for sealing one part epoxy concrete paint. I used this stuff over my painted walkways 4 years ago and the walkways are still like new. I just repainted my driveway after 4 years because it takes much more abuse. I then used this product to apply a clear coat (2 coats). For driveways it is best to use satin finish or gloss, not low gloss or matte. The low gloss versions result in ugly tire marks on the driveway. The higher the gloss, the less the tire marks (which wash off easily with Simple Green and a cheap soft bristle deck brush). One note of caution, higher gloss equates to a more slippery surface when wet, so extra caution is advised. Also, park the car on the street for an hour in the summer to let the tires cool down before rolling onto the driveway. This prevents hot tire pickup of the clear coating and underlying paint.

Seemed to cover well
This seemed to cover well, it is a little more shiny than some stains but I like the look very much

The seal went on easily with a roller
I ive in Western WA where we have a mold and mildew problem. Think green slime in shaded areas of your patio in the spring. Pressure washing is the answer which I did before the seal coat. The seal went on easily with a roller. I waited the 2 hrs and added a second coat and waited another 2 hrs and applied a third coat. The last coat went a long way because of the previous coats. The next day my patio almost sparkled! It really looked nice and was repelling water. I feel confident I will be able to skip 2 or maybe 3 years before repeating.

This sealer reacts with new tires leaving dark marks.
I put 5 gallons of this sealer on my painted driveway. Back rolled it. Waited 4 days to park on it. The sealer reacts with the new tires and leaves dark imprints wherever the tire stands overnight. Impossible to get off with concrete cleaner.

Went on great and looks great.
Applied easily. Goes on milky color but turns clear. We put it on an outside patio area. We put on two coats and the protection is great. Still have enough to do additional coat if we need to later.

Easy to use!
This worked really well on our concrete patio. It’s been more than a month and still looks great

Inconsistent
As other reviewers have stated, the finish is definitely a higher sheen than the satin name suggests. First coat, satin, yes, but once you add second coat, there is a higher gloss. We actually don’t mind the sheen because we used this in basement floor, and higher sheen will be easier to clean. Overall, we are pleased with how our floor came out (we used two coats of waterproofing paint, threw some of those decorative paint chips down, then two coats of this sealer). We ordered 4 gallons. One was damaged and leaking during delivery. Fortunately we caught it before it leaked through the box and onto our floor. Because of space constraints, we had to do our floor in two sections. We followed all the steps the same, including timing between coats. Unfortunately, we had used one gallon of this sealer on the first half we did and another gallon on the second. We noticed immediately that the second one was drying with a lighter tone. We hoped that once it had cured, it would be the same as the first half of the floor. No such luck. In the picture you can see where our first section ended and second started bc the second is lighter than the first. It’s just a basement floor and overall still looks good, but if you know or think you need more than one gallon and you can do your entire surface at same time, mix gallons together vs using all of one then starting the next.

Damaged
Product was delivered banged up and it looked to have been opened. There was even specks on top that looked like it had leaked out. Not sure what happened.
