This is an absolutely fantastic brush for my nearly 3 year old. It’s great for her matted hair and brushes it out easily. It’s also very small so easy for her to handle to brush her own hair. Lovely design! Literally detangles all her hair in seconds! Absolutely amazing for matted tangly toddler hair!

I ordered the kids’ Tangle Teezer in the mint colour as a replacement for my original one that I lost. At first, I was worried the bristles might be softer than the standard version, but they aren’t — they’re just as effective at detangling. The size is smaller than the regular models, which I’ve actually come to love. It’s easy to pop into a handbag or suitcase, making it perfect for travelling. Despite being marketed for children, it works brilliantly on adult hair too. I have straight but thick hair, and this brush glides through tangles smoothly without painful pulling. A few things to note: This version doesn’t come with a cover, unlike some other models. It doesn’t bother me, but it might be worth considering if you want to keep the bristles protected in a bag. Because it’s smaller, some people might find it harder to grip compared to the larger designs. Personally, I find the compact size just right. I can’t comment on how well it works for curly hair, but for straight, thick hair it does a great job. The mint colour is also bright and cheerful — and hard to lose, which is a plus. Overall, this brush is a practical, travel-friendly option that’s much more versatile than the “kids’” label suggests.

Bought this for my 4 year old who has fine, curly hair that easily tangles. Definitely the best brush we've had for her, it gets through her hair well. And she likes the unicorn design.

Perfect hair brush. I use tangle teasers and wanted one for my 2YO. Goes through the hair without pulling and easy for toddler to use as well

Lovely for my little boys curls but feel harsher than my one. The brushes are quite sharp. Great for tangled hair though and he loved the dinosaurs

Great tangle teezer. Use this on my daughters curly hair (I don’t brush all her hair as you shouldn’t brush through dry curly hair), but it helps with styling and brushing through the top part of her hair gently. It doesn’t pull and it’s a cute design for kids.

I have owned several large-size and mini-Tangle Teezers over the years. I literally cannot use any other brush now that I have used this. It works so well on wet or dry hair. After the shower, there is almost no pain when detangling hair or brushing tangled, wet hair. It quickly gets knots out and is as pain-free as it gets for hair brushing. I even have a spare Tangle Teezer in the shower to brush out shampoo and conditioner. It feels fantastic and makes the hair-washing process so much more enjoyable. One con may be that some people may not like the lack of a handle, as sometimes you can drop the brush if you don't have a good grip. This is a minor issue for me, and I like how compact and easy to control it is. This is my all-time favorite brush, and I cannot imagine using anything else for the rest of my life! Well done, Tangle Teezer brand!
