Got the wrong size, but, hey...
...that's the good news, right? Thought I was a large, but I'm a medium! Yay me! Anyway, the incorrect sizing aside, the leggings themselves are great. Very comfortable and plenty of stretchy give to allow for optimal movement in my exercise classes. I'm a 5'5" woman who weighs 153 lbs (I'd be considered an "apple" shape), so hopefully those dimensions help give other ladies some perspective as to sizing when making their purchase. I like that the waistband doesn't double-over or cut my gut. Bonus!

Hands down my favorite leggings
These are hands-down my favorite leggings that I own. They fit like a glove, the material is neither too thin or too thick, they have just the right amount of give in the material without being flimsy. I love the stitching on the side, as it swoops over the knee instead of going straight down the side, and there's extra room in the rear. As a curvy girl, these leggings have room in all of the right places, and I don't ever have to hike these up--you know, how pipe-straight leggings can wiggle down your hips as your curves are tugging them down? Not these babies! I feel so confident when I wear these that they're going to stay put and move WITH me. They're not too large around the ankle and knees, another problem I often encounter with leggings (being a shorty). For reference, I'm 5'3", ~135 lbs, size 4/6.I even managed to figure out how to wear these to work, under a long cardigan! Happiest person in the office those days, and then I went straight to yoga with minimal changing. Amazing. One last thing--I was in an UnderArmor and Nike outlet mall the other day and thought I wanted new leggings, but every pair I picked up just didn't quite give me the good feelings that these leggings do. These just feel like such high quality, *especially* when you take into account the price (esp compared to UA and Nike). I think I may just stick with these forever!

Size down!
I read the reviews prior to ordering and saw many people suggesting you order a size smaller than the chart.I am 5'7" and 178 pounds. My waist is 34" and my hips are 44" and my seat is 46".According to the size chart XL is what I should have ordered. I order a L. They fit perfectly, but I chose the "too large" option on my review on fit because if I had ordered to the chart then they would have been too big.The waist stays put, the leggings don't shift down or pull up and the ankle hems stay put. They are comfortably fitted and not tight. They retain opacity in the seat and crotch when I bend over.I take two weekly, and strenuous, Pilates classes, and these leggings stay in place, no twisting or bunching or pinching. No riding up in the crotch, God I hate that. I tend to wear them beyond my class, I try to take a 2 mile walk daily, and these are comfortable for that. However, they aren't very warm. I experience no chaffing, but I can't comment on running in them as I don't run or jog.I'll very likely buy more.

High Spandex Content, Mid-Rise
Absolutely love these leggings! I'm a curvy middle-aged woman and was looking for leggings that wouldn't fall or fold at the waist while at the gym. I bought a pair of these and a pair of the 90 Degree Power Flex Yoga Pants. These have a mid-rise, and it doesn't fall as long as you have the right size. I originally bought an extra-large, then lost some weight and had to buy a size smaller to keep them from falling down. The fabric on these is slightly more shiny and slippery than the 90 Degree version. I prefer the less shiny version, but if you like your leggings slippery (aka with a lot of spandex), these are probably best of the two. Definitely size down from your normal size though. They'll feel snug when you first put them on, but they stretch to just-right quickly. If you prefer a higher rise and less spandex, the 90 Degrees might be a better fit for you. Both run long. I'm 5'7" and have to roll both twice at the ankle. But it's worth it!

My favorite leggings
These are my favorite long length, mid weight workout leggings, by far. They are NOT cotton, but a nylon blend. They wick sweat and moisture. I'm 5'9" and they are the perfect ankle length. I have athletic, muscular legs. I'm 165 lbs and usually wear a women's 10 in bottoms. I don't have a large behind, but I've got hips. I hate things super tight in the waist that give muffin top. These are perfect AND stay up when playing sports, running and working out because there is a built in drawstring. I could have ordered a size down, but I feel like they would have been too tight. If I wanted a compression tight, I'd look for those.I just ordered a different pair of Champion brand long leggings via Amazon's Champion sale. I'm NOT a fan. They are a cotton blend, smaller waist band, no drawstring and shorter. I'm going back to the Absolute ones again.

Could not be better!
These tights are just about perfect. Sizing is usually a little hard for me because I seem to be right in the middle of a small and an extra-small. Because of prior reviews, I took the XS. They are tight enough to stay up, but not too tight. They do not stretch so much that they become see through at any point. When I am at the gym and sweating like crazy, the material wicks away any dampness and allows my skin to stay dry. This is particularly great after a hot yoga session. In the past, if I wear yoga pants with cotton in them, I leave class and as soon as I hit the outside (winter was not very long ago), I feel soaking wet and freezing. When I leave class in these, I feel dry. I will be purchasing more of these, as their price is so much more reasonable than other name brands. Basically, they are awesome.

Great for hiking
I wore these three days in a row while hiking in Ireland in May. The material is very comfortable to wear for an extended period of time, and they kept me warm when it was misty but weren't stifling in the sun. I'd actually brought a second pair of leggings with me on my trip because I expected to get two days use out of them at most (I'm used to leggings getting saggy after a few hours), but I ended up wearing them all three days I hiked, and I could have worn them even longer.I'm 112lbs and 5'0", so most pants/leggings pool around my ankle. These fit perfectly when I folded the bottoms up just a bit.
