Love this waffle maker! It has lasted me a couple years. I mostly just use it to make hash brown waffles, and mashed potato waffles.

This waffle maker makes super thin and crisp waffles easy to make. I have my own batter from Healthy Flour Organic Sprouted Ancient Grain Mix Flour and added assorted nuts and seeds (grounded) and spices and sweeteners. It worked easily and made perfect waffles every time. Even pouring a little excess batter didn't matter, it did not drip over the sides. You set the dial and 5 minutes later (because of the thicker batter it was ready. If you want thin and crispy waffles the Eurocuisine is the way to go and the price point is even better now that it is in good supply everywhere.

I was a little worried about this product based on the fact that it produces heart-shaped waffles. In my experience, most appliances that have some sort of decorative element compensate by putting less effort into the design or construction of the product. I have only had this waffle maker for a few days, but it's holding up well to repeated use, has been very easy to clean, and stores effortlessly beside our microwave. I've been using Kodiak Cakes waffle mix, and they come out very crispy on the outside/soft on the inside, unlike most non-stick waffle makers I've used. Note: you might not want to stack the waffles, however; the steam of the freshly cooked waffles will de-crispy the outsides because they are thin. I also REALLY enjoy the size of these waffles. Because the hearts break away, you get perfectly-sized snackable waffles that work well in lunches or on trips. The one drawback: I wouldn't necessarily recommend around small children. The exterior can become pretty hot, and there is no latch for when the waffle maker is closed/cooking. The lack of latch doesn't seem to compromise the waffles, but I have curious/impatient little nieces I don't plan to use this around.

My husband's grandmother made heart-shaped waffles for his mother when she was young, and she continued to make them for him when he was a child, too. When she passed, he was given her old waffle iron, which worked for several years. When it finally stopped working, I wanted to get a waffle iron that made waffles in the shape of hearts to continue the tradition, which I had grown to love. I looked at dozens of waffle irons, most of which were for Belgium waffles (about 80% of them). I didn't want waffles anywhere near that thick. The waffle irons that made heart-shaped waffles looked nice, but all the reviews I read said the waffles were so thin, they were more like waffle CONES. I was about to give up when I found this one. It had 2 reviews - one of which said it wasn't eco-friendly. I'm a review-reader, so its lack of previous customer reviews made me wonder if I should risk it. I am glad I did. The waffles aren't Belgium thick, nor are they waffle-cone thin. It isn't as hot as I might like, but they also don't get burned. I just turn my waffles around - literally, because of the symmetry of the iron, you can reposition your waffles perfectly and get the end of the waffles that were by the front closer to the hinge. The irons are nonstick, so the waffles never get attached and tear. It's as easy to clean as can be expected. I've had this waffle iron for several months, and it still works and looks like new. All in all, I'm very glad I took the risk of ordering this waffle iron. I can't believe it took me this long to write a favorable review, since that was one of the reasons I almost didn't buy it.

I have used this waffle maker about 15 times now. The waffles cook uneven, but good enough. The waffles are thinner than traditional american waffles, but not as thin as the waffles I had in Norway. Which was why I bought this waffle maker, to replicate the waffles from norway...overall this waffle maker is decent enough, so I give it an average rating of 3 stars

The unit is very solid - like appliances used to be made. The waffles are thin which we really like. I bake GF and use these waffles as my bread. They make great sandwiches. After having the unit a couple of years it began to stick in a section of the waffle. We contacted the company and after asking us a few questions they promptly sent us another unit. We were treated so respectfully - the customer service was exceptional. I was delighted because I really like the waffle maker. It transformed my need for making GF "bread". It is hard to find non stick surfaces that are PFOA and PTFE free and this one is. We are very pleased.

I recently purchased this at the recommendation of a friend and when I attempted to use it for the first time, it began to smell like a hot glue gun. When I opened it, I saw melted plastic all over the inside. There was no visible evidence of anything that needed to be removed before plugging the waffle maker into the outlet. I reached out to my friend for her input, and she informed me that she did not experience this when she bought hers. Very strange! Very concerning. I reached out to Euro Cuisine and they informed me there was nothing they would do. To clarify, there was nothing inside the waffle maker when it was plugged in. No paper, no wax paper, nothing. Disappointed.

First, I love how small it is. Takes up very little space on my counter. The prettiest waffles I have ever made and done in 3 minutes. Very easy to clean and I don't need to respray oil between waffles. And best of all no forever chemicals. Love it!

Los waffles quedan bien, aunque son un poco delgados. El control de cocción sirve bien aunque no hay demasiada variación entre el punto más bajo y el más alto. Lo principal que buscaba era la forma de corazón así que se llevan las 5 estrellas.

Me gusto el diseño de la waflera, pero como leí, vienen delgados para ser wafles. A parte de mi familia le gusto el diseño y nos divertimos con ello.
