Closest to sugar for me.
This is the best to use in baking. It’s taste is almost equal to regular sugar. The price is a bit high on these kind of sugars so I don’t use it on everything but we’ll worth it if your cutting back on sweets for your diet.

Just like sugar!
I love Monkfruit sugar replacement. I use it mostly in coffee, but whenever I need sugar including baking. But I use the baking formula for that. I prefer Golden, for a slightly richer flavor but either is great. It's a little pricy but worth it. When you pour it out of the bag it can get messy so just take it slow.

Exactly what I wanted to use a substitute for cane sugar while on a Keto Diet!
I am a Professional Home and Personal Chef and I also teach cooking skills. I take all of my kitchen items, tools, utensils, knives, serving items, other accessories, and food products very seriously. When I test and review culinary items, I am highly critical and meticulous in evaluating and rating them. My reviews are honest and unbiased. Good is good…bad is bad! I have recently gone on a Keto Diet to lose weight and get healthier. So far it's been a great success...and partially due to this Monk Fruit Sweetener that has allowed me to cook using it as a one for one substitute for cane sugar. The taste is slightly different from cane sugar when tasted independently, but as a cookie food sweetener, it really shines. The sweet hints brought out from the Monk Fruit are subtle but very agreeable. The product is fine grained like Bakers Sugar and dissolves in heat about as quickly as regular sugar. I am having a great time creating new recipes that rely on the low carb, high fat Keto program...and this Monk Fruit Sugar is my go-to for all the recipes that require sweetening. I have used both the white and brown version of the brand, and the brown effectively subs for brown sugar. A a professional Chef, I am happy to rate this product with FIVE STARS and an honest and hearty recommendation . Maybe a little pricey, but worth every penny!! Bon Appetit! *If you found my review helpful to you, PLEASE let Amazon know by clicking the "HELPFUL" button below!

Awesome sugar replacement
Tastes just like sugar but a bit harder to dissolve in liquids. Highly recommend it. A bit pricey but to me it’s worth it!

Great for tea but not successful for baking
I like being able to get away from table sugar. However, the brownies I made with it looked and tasted like dirt. I used the same recipe I always used with granulated sugar. Haven't attempted to bake with it again.

Great product
This is the best sugar substitute I've found and it's funny you ask about the packaging. It has a re-sealable top that you can't re-seal. I can't believe that they are not aware of it. Every other product with this kind of packaging re-seals. I do remember it sealed at one time, maybe they changed suppliers. Fix the packaging, you charge enough for this product. Great product, lousy package.
