When attached to Nextbase frontal camera it puts a picture within picture so you can see the activity in both front and back cameras at the same time. This rear view camera is intended to look out the rear window. There is also an identical looking back up camera intended for viewing the interior of the car as well as a camera which mounts directly to the rear window. The latter is more difficult to instal and probably intended for larger SUVs. The system as whole works great.

Ordered all recommended bits to go along with the camera (128 GB micro sd Card and polarizing filter... haven't yet received the filter). Camera works quite well and I'm very pleased with it. I will say that getting it hardwired into my car was NOT easily accomplished! Accessibility to a 'hot' wire was difficult as my vehicle only has fuse blocks in the engine compartment or the trunk. Properly routing a wire into the cab, from either location, is a nightmare.

Camera works good the only problem is the suction that goes to the windshield only lets your camera go so far down and it would be a little better if you can adjust it more for some reason they put the plug that goes into the camera right where the band is so you're very limited update there's another plug on top of the suction that lets you move the camera better when the plug is in the socket it's so hidden I couldn't see it until my suction ripped and now it doesn't work and I have to get a new one so I couldn't see it had a plug on the suction Mount instead of the camera

item works great and is a lot easier/less hassle than having to run hard wires back to a rear mounted dash cam. Just plug in and your ready to roll. Highly recommend! full disclosure is that you give up a little from a video picture perspective vs rear mount but very happy with the product.

Several years ago purchased a rear view attachment and after sticking it in my forward facing camera the forward facing quit working. I purchased another forward facing camera and decided to give the rear facing camera another chance and once again the forward facing camera began giving errors and having to be reset. Returned the rear facing camera before it ruined the front facing camera again!

Simple to install. Works great. Gives you recording to cover your rear without the hassle of running wires.

I ordered this for my Nextbase 322 and it plugged in easily and started right up. The problems started happening when the car started getting hot in the NoVA are in the summer. The rear facing camera would just go out and I had to unplug it. If you adjust the camera on it, it causes the video to "white out" and then you have to find a happy spot to get it to come back. When it does work, the video is good and have no problems; the issues are with high car temps and the camera on this module fails frequently. I recommend listening to some of the other reviewers about the next base cameras regarding high temps in the car.

I really enjoy this product In that I can record the cars behind me in case someone hits me. Then I have it saved to my SD card.

Sehr einfach zu montieren, keine aufwändige Verkabelung erforderlich, da direkt mit Frontkamera verbunden wird. Trotzdem sehr gute Bildqualität. Bin sehr zufrieden!

It's plug and play. Much easier than running a cable for the other rear camera option, especially in newer cars with much tighter trim clips. Video quality is good enough, and even in my little Corsa (F model/2020), it can see enough out the rear to catch number plates. Highly recommend having a rear camera, it's worth every penny. One of those things where you hope you never have to rely on it, but you feel safer knowing it's there.

Module testé avec la dashcam 622GW mais qui filmait surtout les passagers du véhicule. De façon générale, bonne dashcam s'il n'y a rien entre le pare brise et la lunette arrière. À voir selon le type de véhicule.
