This is my second Huawei phone and it is excellent. I have got a Huawei tablet that was very good. I haven't used it for a while. I am thinking of getting out to see if it is in working condition.

My phone is not Okey, Just is the first day and It turns off by itself

Phone was literally like new sealed no marks nothing, battery charges to 100 per cent, had the issue where it couldn't restore so bypassed restore and did it when phone was setup. Quality just brilliant and came with standard charger. Ordered supercharger, battery lasted till end of day with 50 per cent charge left. Very happy also updated to android 12...

I lost my phone whilst on holiday (no, it was not stolen) from which I have learned a lesson ! I needed a replacement for my return to UK and had to choose whilst away. I was shocked at the price of new phones and then hit upon the second user option. This came up as an excellent choice: a slightly higher spec that the lost phone, better camera, longer / narrower screen. It looked perfect on arrival - all shiny and "new". Not a single instruction but being vaguely computer literate with technology at home I was able to get a manual and install as necessary. All a bit of a chore but I gather Google has now improved the reinstalling Apps process. I've not really noticed any benefit from higher spec - but I have it which is more than can be said for my old phone ! It arrived on time, packaging good for the phone (a fight to get into it). No other interaction with the seller.

Had this phone since last night Phone doesn’t respond it repeatedly turns itself on and off can’t stop it doing it Screen freezes and goes black then turns itself off again Get cut off when trying to phone out Very disappointed
