It’s okay PowerPoint and word doesn’t work unless i connect to iPhone and had a dent at the top of it. But other than that it’s good had it for a month now

The laptop is like new, works perfectly and is a bargain. It has a good battery life and runs well. I would recommend it.

Buying refurbished tech is always a gamble and in this instance it has proved to be a stressful and irritating experience. The laptop came faulty with the F11 key not having a working backlight (see screenshot). After a painfully long back and forth with the resellers, I got it refunded but it was a massive waste of life. The resellers were very dodgy and clearly trying to take advantage. I guess they hope most customers will just accept the fault and move on rather than try to return the laptop. Eventually got it refunded but had to argue with them and threaten to get Amazon involved before they agreed to refund. Overall, the laptop is fine and will do the job for basic usage but definately not worth the price and not if it is refurbished. You can probably find better options for new 2020 M1 Macbook Air's online for roughly the same price.

Good speed value for money

Laptop was for daughters Christmas. Looks brand new, runs absolutely fine. Delivery was quick and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

When I first opened the macbook I was greeted with the macos ventura set up screen where I made my account as I was scrolling through the settings there was another account on the macbook called "test" whom observed admin controls, I tried to remove this account and I couldn't the screen would turn blank every time I tried so then I tried to factory reset the entire macbook and start it off fresh. I tried factory resetting and that didn't work I kept ending up with an error, I was worried about returning the macbook, thinking about the time I had wasted and what a waste this was. I kept on trying though and ended up resetting the macbook by erasing the hard disk and reinstalling macos ventura, the screen would also randomly shut off and never turn back on until I manually powered it on - this happened atleast 5x. But, finally the macbook started and I was once again greeted with the macos ventura setup so I continued and immediately went to check the users, and the "test" account was finally gone. What a relief. Advantages - Bright retina display - Good, loud speakers on both sides of the macbook air - No problems with any of the keys (so far) - Touch ID works perfectly - Managed to log into my Apple ID (I couldn't log in at the setup screen but after I set up the macbook I could in setting preferences) - Larger force touchpad - 2560 x 1600 resolution - NO FAN SOUNDS!! (even after using the macbook for long periods of time (e.g. 5 hrs)) Disadvantages - Dirt under many of the keys due to the previous owner - American keyboard although I live in England - Hard to change any of the settings e.g. resetting, removing users - Small screen 13" (could however be improved by purchasing the macbook pro model) - Slow wi-fi speed (all my other devices were at high speeds, except this macbook air but I fixed it by changing the DNS) - Battery runs out quicker than expected (it would most likely last me around 7-8 hours rather than 12-13 like advertised) - No genuine apple charge included Overall, I would recommend this macbook air (not refurbished though) to any other students, like myself, or people who are simply doing light work on the macbook. E.g. editing online documents, reviewing flashcards, watching videos and films, checking e-mails. Would not recommend for editing intense (50+ min) videos due to the i5 processor. It is quite light and small so it is very portable - however I have read and watched many other reviews and after 3-4 months of using the macbook many people have experienced issues with the butterfly keyboard so be aware (dust gets caught under the keyboards due to how close the keys are to the base)

I received it and I Could not be happier came with a new charger the laptop itself was in amazing condition and has very good battery life .
