Great value for the price. Straightforward, sharp, easy to clean, good quality pair of kitchen/multi-function shears. So far, I have effortlessly cut thru herbs, dog chew treats, corrugated, and plastic packaging with very little resistance. The handles are wide which allow for comfortable ambidextrous grip. The first thing you'll notice is their weight, they do not feel cheaply made.

These scissors are extremely sharp, feel good in the hand, and do the job for me. Each time I pull them out of the drawer I am impressed. (I suffered for years with lousy scissors. WHY?) The fact that they are dishwasher safe and come apart (but don't fall apart) is a plus! They are a great value - certainly worth 3x as much!

It was a bit bigger than I expected, but it is a very sturdy and handy scissor. It is easy to use and cuts very smoothly.

KitchenAid Shears never disappoint. I had a pair years ago for saltwater fishing and I did not have the habit of cleaning my tools back then. They were heavily used and stained with sticky fish blood/bait juice, salt and rust from hooks and I left them somewhere unknown. A couple years later I unearthed them and to my surprise, they were back like new after a bit of scrubbing, the sharpness was not reduced at all. I have been using KitchenAid shears for all indoor cuttings since then. No sign of wearing after years!
