I never heard of Marcona almonds until I went to Spain last September. They were included in every hotel’s breakfast buffet and so I got to like them every day with breakfast. They weren’t easy to find at the stores in my area so I ordered these. I’m not sure how the almonds I had on my trip were prepared but they were not oily or seasoned - so I tried blanched. They’re not exactly what I had while away, a little blander than expected, so I roasted them with just a little olive oil and salt. Yum! They’re a great snack, healthy and delicious.

I had heard of marcona almonds, tho had never tried them. Ordered these marcona almonds; delicious, and very good quality. Put some in a pan, added a little olive oil and salt, then roasted briefly in oven. Delicious! I have ordered other products from Yupik, always good quality, and reasonable prices.

I know, many roll their eyes at vegan "cheese" and I used to as well until I had to give up meat for health reasons. Sure, I feel silly sometimes however I also feel great since stopping. The one thing I miss the most is cheese, cheese spread, nacho cheese, well....any cheese. So I found a recipe that called for blanched almonds so I bought these and followed through; DELICIOUS folks! No joke! It came out like a garlic cream cheese and I enjoyed every single bite!! My husband wanted a little snack and asked if we had almonds so I gave him these and he said they were good so 🤷🏻‍♀️. Oddly enough I havent just snacked on them but they turn out super creamy in recipes.

I love these Marcona almonds. I’ve bought them several times now. Most brands are roasted with seed oils, or if they’re roasted with olive oil they’re more than I want to spend, so I appreciate that I can buy them raw. I roast them at 350 for 8 minutes in my air fryer after tossing them in extra virgin olive oil and fine sea salt. They come out perfect. Hands down the best almonds I’ve ever had.

I took these nuts to a Xmas dinner one year ago, and when invited back this year, the host family asked me to bring these again !! They really are quite special.

I liked that these were not salted or oiled so that I can control what oil and salt gets used. These pretty much need to be roasted in order to be enjoyed, and I cooked them in olive oil with a sprig of rosemary, and then once golden brown, removed from pan and sprinkled with salt. Great deal considering that it's usually upwards of 25 dollars a pound for pre-roasted/salted marconas.

Terrible, the price should have been a warning, but reviews seemed to be good. First off, a lot of very bitter pieces, leaves a bad taste. Second, lacking the buttery flavor of Marcona almonds. Just low quality.
