Love Henkels knives. Completed My set.

"Razor sharp German stainless steel" but it's made in China, is sharp but not "razor sharp." Squishes tomatoes, but since I accepted I had to buy a ✨tomato knife✨ exclusively for tomatoes I realized that this knife is pretty good for most other things.

Your kids do throw away your silverware which is why I had to buy a replacement. This was exactly the one that came in my set and I was happy to find one. My kids still swear they didn't throw it away

Purchased these knives as a Christmas gift for my mother (I got tired of using her crazy dull knives when I would visit). Great quality, nice weight and grip. Would recommend.

I tried it as soon as I got it. it is sharp as I expect it; easy to cut vegies and mince garlic and onion, pepper....not tried it on meat, but I assume it will work well . The only issue I had it was the packaging was hard to open and take it out for such a sharp item! Also usually all the knives I had purchased came with safety cover, but this one did NOT!. I did not expect this from Henckele a well known brand.

I have decided to stop using a glass cutting board. This knife was great when I used it the first time, but dulled quickly after using it on a glass cutting board. I do love the look and feel of it.
