Remedy + Recovery 0.5% Hydrocortisone Lotion for Dogs, 4 oz. (Packaging May Vary)

I recently purchased the DOGSWELL Remedy + Recovery 0.5% Hydrocortisone Lotion for Dogs, and it has exceeded my expectations. My poor dog had been suffering from flea bites and would not stop scratching, but after using this lotion, I noticed a significant improvement in his condition. The lotion lathered nicely and had no pleasant scent, a relief as some flea lotion can have a strong chemical odor. It was also easy to rinse, leaving my dog's coat shiny and soft. Most importantly, it did an excellent job of removing the flea bites. After just one use, I noticed a drastic reduction in redness on my dog. She stopped scratching and seemed much more comfortable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the DOGSWELL Remedy + Recovery 0.5% Hydrocortisone Lotion for Dogs. It helped eliminate flea bites and stopped my dog from scratching, making her and me much happier. I highly recommend this product to any pet owner dealing with flea problems.

My dog has bad allergies! After our walk outside she and she face plants on the floor sometimes after she scratches so viciously to the point she loses hair and breaks her skin and bleeds. That’s how bad of an itch she gets. She allergic to grass, literally no way to avoid it poor baby. I can say with this product it doesn’t relief the itch. After I put it all over her I then put on a shirt and it works wonders. I’ve ordered at least 10bottles!

I thought it was working really well! I used it for a day to help my dog. But then by the end of the day my dog was licking herself and I had to stop her. This made me realize that the recommendation is to put a cone on your dog so that they aren’t licking the lotion. I didn’t want to buy a cone in so I didn’t use it again. I think if it has an option to come with a cone it would be much better. The smell wasn’t bad and it was an easy application. But without the cone, it is not safe for my pet.

Our 3 year old English Bulldog started developing bald spots on both her sides, exposing her skin area. Same symptom happened to her older brother months before, but we couldn't find a treatment for it. We all know how expensive vet bills can be, especially when they try to "diagnose" the problem with exams, lab testing, blood work & treatment. And sometimes, those treatments don't always fix the problem.. Before my trip to AZ, I gave my dog a bath and rinsed her off with light dog shampoo & warm water. After drying her completely, I went ahead and applied a reasonable amount covering her bald spots. About a week later, I came home to realize that the left side of her bald spot had almost completely healed. I started repeating the same steps for her right side and it is also starting to recover. This one took a bit longer to heal because the right spot was a bit larger. Overall, I am quite impressed. I shared the news to my cousin and she too wanted to purchase this to try it out on her dog. Update: Dec. 19, 2023 Both bald spots have healed nicely and has not shown any signs of irritating or it reoccurring. I just applied an reasonable amount daily until it has completely healed on both sides (last 2 photos) no more black spots or bald spots. Just amazing!

My poor cocker spaniel has a yeast problem ever since we rescued him. First, it was his ears, and once we got those cleared up, his skin all over his body just broke out in these weird, itchy, flaky, bumpy scab-type sores. Even though we tried everything (including going to a doggy dermatologist who put him on (gasp!) 6 weeks of antibiotics, nothing seemed to work. Special shampoos from the vet and various retailers, homeopathic remedies, special skin balms, medicated sprays...nothing worked to relieve my boo boo's itching. He was so miserable that he never slept through the night...UNTIL we used this hydrocortisone cream on him. Yeah, it's thick and you need to massage it in well, but let me tell you...this stuff is a lifesaver. Gnocchi now sleeps soundly through the night, doesn't scratch himself or rub up against the furniture all day, and is just such a happy boy now. And guess what? No more bumpy scabs! And this was after 2 days of using this product!
