The item was splendid and superlative. Remarkably quick dispatch. Quality of the wrapping was super.

Extremely useful publication. The authors have done an excellent job of pulling together a lot of relevant information from many sources, and I am sure it will be a very thought provoking work, with beneficial uptake. The only reason for not giving it five stars is that it would have been very useful to have the data from the different case studies in a format that made it easier to compare the different approaches. But that apart, highly recommended.
