Second time buying this - first I tried berry flavor, now lemon- both taste great and the product dissolves well in water. As a menopausal, vegetarian woman I am always looking for more protein sources and am excited to find this as I'm not always in the mood for my protein shake every day. The flavors are however a bit strong so I use half a packet daily in about 12-14 oz water and am able to add my mushroom tincture and chlorophyll drops for a supercharged "tonic". Might be psychosomatic but I do feel like after taking it for 6 weeks it's helping my muscle mass - I work out about 4-5 times a week, only light weights, pilates, and cycling.

I have taken this for several years as a pre workout. Works great and tastes good as well.

This amino complex understood the assignment. Tastes good, mixes fast, and suddenly I’m hydrated, energized, and feeling like I could add “one more set” without negotiating with myself. Definitely earned a permanent spot in my shaker.

For some reason, this really interfered with my sleep! I would sleep for two hours, wake up and then couldn’t go back to sleep the rest of the night. And, the Lemon flavor is AWFUL! This is my first time taking amino acids, so I have nothing to compare this against. But I stopped taking it and I returned to no issues with my sleep again!

The flavor ……it’s tough. It’s like drinking a sweet TART. Emphasis on tart. No better way to describe . Can’t get past the flavor to make other comments .

Great product, tastes great for an EAA, I chose the lemon and I’m glad I did.

This is on subscribe. It’s so good. Mixes well in liquid. Taste is great. Strong smell of lemon from packaging, smells fresh and delish. I’ve been using for several weeks and I can tell a difference. easy for travel and on the go lifestyle. 10/10 rec

I bought this to supplement my diet before and after a total knee replacement. To me, the taste is very acceptable with a "citrusy" flavor and mixes fairly well with water or orange juice. Performance-wise, I've maintained strength and muscle volume post surgery which were my main goals.

Good product and we all know BCAAs taste like … but this lemon one is particularly vile. Would buy the brand again, but not the flavour.

Very bad product. Obviously it wasn’t stored correctly and humidity got into it making the powder rock solid and unusable.
