Don't fit at all
Bought knee pads and elbow pads for kick scooter riding. The velcro belts of the knee pads are too short I can't tie them around my knees, while the elbow pads are way too loose they just slip downward immediately and there is no way to adjust the length of the elastic bands.They might be able to offer good protection, but they are just unusable. They need to redesign these.

Great for gardening
Perfect! I have a bad back and do my gardening on hands, knees & elbows. Tired of raw, chaffed skin. These work great - elbows look like elbows now!
