Truma Gas Content Meter Level Check Gas Bottle Camping Level Meter Gas Caravan

There are some mixed reviews about this product, and yes, you can buy cheaper alternative methods to check gas levels in bottles, but I decided to purchase this and haven't regretted it. It's accurate, very lightweight, and super simple to use. Our one spends it's life in our caravan so I can easily check the levels of the gas bottles. As mentioned, there are cheaper and alternative methods or devices, but this is a Truma branded one, and I thought as they do all the heating, etc. in most caravan makes, then it must be worth a try, as I kind of hoped the name would warrant the cost. In some cases, spending more doesn't always guarantee a good product, but for me, it did on this occasion. It's worth it, but shop around.

TESTED ON GAS CYLINDER IN MY CARAVAN. IM GUESSING BUT LEVEL INDICATED DOES RING TRUE. AS FAR AS I AM AWARE, IT WORKS FINE, BUT KEEP IT DEAD STRAIGHT OTHERWISE IT WONT READ ACCURATELY.

Expensive but you get what you pay for. Have total confidence to carry only one bottle in caravan now

Brilliant gas level tester, particularly in our motorhome, but also for the barbeque. Easy to use and gives a good reading without the need to weight test.

Poor customer service. I don't normally bother with bad reviews. I know the meter works well as have used before. My issue is with receiving a faulty product and then being responsible for the return postage. Not good enough.

Ich weiß nicht was so viele jammern. Ich will ungefähr wissen, wie viel Gas noch in der Flasche ist, damit ich besser abschätzen kann, wie der Zustand noch ist. Ich brauche keine Gramm-Anzeige und auf die Sekunde genau angezeigt, wann die Flasche leer ist. Ich kann mehrere Messungen in verschiedenen Höhen durchführen und schnell ausloten, wo etwa der Füllstand liegt. Zumindest will ich nur wissen, welche Flasche ich bereits angebrochen habe und entsprechend die Umschaltung einstellen, der Rest läuft ja automatisch. Das Gerät ist klein, handlich und sehr leicht zu bedienen. Passt nach der Anwendung in die Tasche und hat sogar eine Taschenlampe integriert. Mir reicht es vollkommen aus und erwarte nicht mehr als das was es macht. Ich empfehle es zumindest gern weiter.
