Beavercraft make some of the best wood carving tools if you're on a bit of a budget.

Good tool. Worked out of box with a light honing. Piece of 3000 grit sandpaper around end of finger and 4 0r 5 swipes and done. Works well with a hook knife for spoon work. Good steel.

This came in already dull, but luckily my sharpener came today as well so I got to use it. The tool itself works great when sharper

Great for small bowls

Seems to work well. I carve dry wood so takes a bit of effort, but the tool is shard and well shaped for my purposes. Handle is a bit small for my hand, but that is minor inconvenience.

it's trash. the inside radius is actually angled so it cuts a V gouge instead of an even convex cut. the handle has a huge hole drilled into it for the flat tang so the blade shifts while putting pressure on the handle for a cut. the copper sleeve is loose.

Did not seem sharp. While I knew the size I was buying…the tool should be longer and have a better bend for cutting leverage.

Bonne gouge, de bonne qualité, mérite de finir l'affûtage mais utilisable quand même dès la réception. Je recommande a ceux qui commence la sculpture
