Don’t waste your money.
We got this bed for my mom through Medicare. It broke many times and we could not get anyone to come fix it. Bad welds, bad motors once the motor mount—plastic— sheared through and fell off while I was adjusting the bed with mom in it. That was the last straw. I threw it out and called her insurance. They said we had no choice but this bed again. Not acceptable. I went to a thrift store and got a better one from another manufacturer. Replaced the motors myself (they were 15 years old), and it’s a far superior bed. Would not recommend or buy again. I paid double what Medicare would charge for this one to repair the one I bought used and am much happier with it than I ever was with this one.
