Fantastic
Was sceptical at first, but the noodles are great and versatile. What a great quick lunch with noodles and homemade chicken broth.

Nice organic gluten free option. Makes a fine ramen if not overcooked. Does not include a spice packet, FYI>

Texture takes getting use too
Kinda of gimmicky. Easy to overcook and doesn’t reheat very well. Will turn gummy in certain dishes. Green color does lighten during cooking process. Maybe if you use it strictly in lieu of ramen 🍜 it is best. Jury still out for me.

The best quality rice ramen out there
This may not be the cheapest option (the really really cheap stuff is loaded with bad chemicals), but they are the best quality.

Rice ramen noodles
Pkg came with none broken, 4 noodle cakes per bag. Made with rice flour. Perfect with Massel soup stock (great flavor but no onion-free, garlic-free, and soy-free). Perfect.

Good flavor and not gummy
I prefer this to the lotus brand noodles in orange bag because they aren’t gummy.
