Q: Does it work well in the male groin area?

My boyfriend has this and uses it on his pubes. It works really well, only leaves a stubble now because it's got a dull blade (he's had it for over 2 years). It can cut if the skin isn't taut, so like a couple of other people here have said, it works best when you're erect.

Q: Can you use this shaver with the power cord plugged in if you forget to charge it?

Mine is model number Remington PG6025. When Mine is totally dead, I plug in the charging cord, the green light comes on. And it works as if it's fully charged. Mine, maybe I got lucky, maybe it's a fluke, but MY Remington PG6025 DOES indeed work fine when plugged in if the battery is TOTALLY dead.

My charger indicated 120 volts only. I bought the groomer not knowing I'd be going to Europe for three years. Before I left, I bought a very small, inexpensive voltage converter (charging it takes very little wattage) and used the groomer in Europe for three years with no problem and continue to use it in the US.

Q: Can you use this on your most sensitive parts?

The bare clippers are probably pretty good for that, though like any clippers you would need to be a little careful. The combs, however, are pretty irritating. I've been using the longer comb, and the plastic is molded such that the two mold pieces meet right at the front of the comb, forming a very sharp lip in the worst place. I'm going to trim and/or sand that edge before I use it again on sensitive skin.
