Good hefty weight. I was so pleased to find this 6 pk for such a good price! I got these for my wooden deck stairs that are almost always slick (despite using non-oil based stain). I have an elderly dog that has some challenges with stairs, especially when they are wet and/or icy, but this will also make it safer for us humans too. I have been looking for pretty, rubber stair treads for awhile, but they are kind of expensive, and always out of stock at my local big box stores. I was pleased to find this 6 pk at such a good price, and based on the reviews, I crossed my fingers when ordering that they would be a good weight/thickness. Very pleased (!!) that they are a good weight/thickness, grip well on my wood stairs, and I don't feel like they would easily blow away. Definitely thick and heavy enough that I don't think the edges will curl up and cause a tripping hazard. Well made and pretty. I am considering ordering another set for my front brick stairs because they are so pretty. I would definitely recommend these, whether it's because you like the look, or (especially) if you have someone in your life that you are concerned about a slip and fall risk. I have recommended this to many of my friends as well. Matches the images, arrived when promised. They did have a strong rubbery odor when they arrived (I am using them for outdoors), but after 1 day the odor had already dissipated.

I needed narrow stair treads that were heavy enough to stay in place and these fit the bill. They are nicely made, with an attractive design, they also have a texture pattern underneath to prevent them from slipping on concrete/brick stairs, I liked them enough that I ended up purchasing them again to finish off the concrete stairs in the back yard. What is also nice is that if you have front stairs, these treads are very noticeable which helps to delineate each step for someone who is visually impaired.

I love these! They provide a very nice decorative touch to our exterior steps around the home. It also is useful to serve as a visual indicator of a step for those who have low vision. It stays in place very nicely throughout the seasons, requiring only occasional moving for dusting away dirt/debris.

I have these on a set of three concrete stairs going up into my home from the garage, as well as a set going up our brick steps to our front door. The mats seem to grip the brick steps much better than the concrete, although it's not as slippery as water on a ceramic tile floor. The mats tend to "move" slightly, and I've found myself readjusting them often. But, it's still much better than the concrete steps by themselves, as the mats provide a bit of a cleaner for our shoes as we come in; there seems to be less dirt tracked into the house now (and with four active teens and an exuberant Labrador, we need all the help we can get!) Very pleasing to look at and easy to tread upon, I would buy these again if needed.

Amazing product!!!! Strong rubber and absolutely beautiful!!! Super happy customer!!! I put in my garage, my dog don’t sleep off the stairs anymore, I feel way more comfortable and safe and it’s all I needed.

I placed these mats on our Saltillo tile steps. Given some of the reviews that stated they slip and slide in the rain, I was hesitant to purchase them. I knew that if they did slide in the rain, I could not nail them into our tile without ruining the tile. Our Saltillo tile steps are deadly slippery when wet, so we needed a solution. I did not want to put down unsightly tape. A few days after I received them, we received a deluge rain. They did not slip! Of course, a person can make them slip if they really wanted to. Since we placed them down, they have stayed in place. I haven't had to keep on placing them back into position, which was another fear of mine. Since our staircase is so wide, and since the initial 12 mats that I ordered have worked out so well, I just placed an order for another 12. They will be placed on the other side of our steps.

Ok, that's not entirely true, but no more falling down the stairs that I put these on and that's pretty nice. I used these on concrete steps with nothing to secure them and they've done well to not move or slip and rarely need to be scooted back in position. They've been great for after it's snowed and you're trying to survive a trip up or down, and prevented some exciting trips to the ER when it's been rainy. I used them on wooden steps as well and secured those with screws as they wanted to move around more, but they grip the rougher concrete really well and they look super nice.

I really am happy I got these. My stairs were slick and these have been great! My dogs don't come slipping up and down the back steps anymore and in the winter they keep the ice from completely covering the steps. Good size. Good quality. I'd buy again! I didn't even nail them down. Very easy to use.
